1.Hakka Omelette with Preserved Radish
Ingredients:
3 Eggs
25 g of Preserved Radish
10 g of Chopped Green Onion
Seasoning:
1/4 teaspoon of Salt
1 tablespoon of Water
Directions:
Step 1. Wash the green onion and radish. Then, cut them into small granules.
Step 2. Soak the radish in clean water for 10 minutes, but change the water once after the first 5 minutes. Then, set aside for later use.
Step 3. Beat the eggs with chopped green onion, salt, and water.
Step 4. Pour 3 tablespoons of oil into a pot. When the oil is about halfway boil, add the chopped radish in and stir fry.
Step 5. When the oil is hot, pour in the beaten egg.
Step 6. Fry until the egg is golden brown. The omelette is ready to be served.
2.Stir-Fried Minced Pork with Preserved Radish
Ingredients:
200 g of Preserved Radish
100 g of Ground Meat
10 g of Minced Garlic
5 g of Minced Chili
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon of Chili Sauce
Soy Sauce
A pinch of Salt
1/2 teaspoon of Sugar
Directions:
Step 1. Wash the preserved radish and soak in water for 5 minutes. Then, cut it into fine pieces.
Step 2. Heat up 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Next, fry the minced garlic and chili until they become fragrant. Then, add the ground meat and stir-fry.
Step 3. Add the dried vegetables into the pan and fry until it is fragrant. Finally, add all the seasonings and stir well. The dish is now ready to be served.
3.Stir-fried Tofu with Dried Radish
Ingredients:
2 pieces of Black Dougan
50 g of Herring Fish
80 g of Preserved Radish
2 tablespoon of Salad Oil
10 g of Minced Ginger
10 g of Minced Garlic
1 Chili
10 g of Minced Shallots
1 tablespoon of Fermented Black Soybeans
Seasoning:
1/4 teaspoon of Salt
1/4 teaspoon of Granulated Sugar
Chicken Seasoning Powder
Directions:
Step 1. Cut black Dougan into strips; Slice chili; Wash radish. Set them aside for later.
Step 2. Put the Dougan strips and fish into a frying pan. Fry them over medium heat until are almost dried. Then, set them aside for later.
Step 3. Heat up in 2 tablespoons of salad oil another pot. Next, add the minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped green onion, chili flakes and soybean. Sauté them over medium heat until they become fragrant before adding the preserved radish in.
Step 4. Add the Dougan, fish and all seasonings from earlier into the pot. Then, stir-fry them over medium heat until the dish is fragrant. The dish is then ready to be served.
4.Spicy Fried Preserved Radish
Ingredients:
(Ingredients A) – 4 lean pork slices, 1 cup preserved radishes, 1/2 a leave of mustard
(Ingredients B) – green onion, garlic slices, appropriate amount of ground chili
Seasoning:
(Seasoning A) – 2/3 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/3 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1/3 tablespoon of sugar
(Seasoning B) – 1 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of pepper, a moderate amount of sesame oil
Directions:
Step 1. Wash and cut the vegetables separately. Add some salt to a pot of hot water, then use it to blanch some mustard leaves. Then, set them all aside for later.
Step 2. Stir and marinate the pork slices in the seasoning A for 10 minutes. Next, stir fry them for 8 minutes in oil until they that are half cooked.
Step 3. Preheat the pot and add a little oil. Then, add ingredients B and radishes in the pan to sauté
Step 4. Next, add the pork slices and fry it for a bit before adding seasoning B. Stir well and the dish is ready to be served.
5.Preserved Radish Minced Pork Rice
Ingredients
600 g of Minced Pork
120 g of Preserved Radish
10 g of Minced Shallots
20 g of Minced Garlic
1100 ml of Water
Seasoning:
70 ml of Soy Sauce
1/2 tablespoon of Rock Sugar
2 tablespoon of Rice Wine
Pepper
Directions:
Step 1. Wash the radish. Then, drain and set aside for later use.
Step 2. Heat up 2 tablespoons of salad oil in a pan. Next, add minced garlic and sauté them until fragrant. Then, add the radish in and fry them until fragrant. After that, take them out of the pan.
Step 3. Sauté the shallots in another pan until they are fragrant. Next, add ground meat and fry until the meat turns from red to white
Step 4. Add all the seasonings on the meat and sauté them until they are fragrant. Next, add water and bring it to a boil before turning the flame down to low and let the dish cook for 40 minutes.
Step 5. Add the radish into the meat and mix well. Cook the dish for 15 minutes and it is ready.
