1.Potato Shredded Burrito
1 large potato
A moderate amount of Green Onion
1 tablespoon of Light Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
A moderate amount of Chili Oil
3 pieces of Bannock
Step 1. Cut the potatoes into shreds and wash off the starch with water; Shred the sausages
Step 2. Heat up the oil in a pot and use it to sauté the sausage. Next, add and sauté the green onion, before adding the potato shreds. Stir fry the potatoes for about 3 minutes, then add the sausage.
Step 3. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon of chili oil. Stir fry evenly. Then, place the ingredient on a piece of bannock. Next, roll the bannock up with ingredients inside and the burrito is done.
2.Enoki Mushroom Burrito
A pack of Enoki Mushroom
2 pieces of Fried Chicken Breast
3 pieces of Bannock
Step 1. Cut enoki mushrooms into sections and blanch them in hot water. Beat the eggs.
Step 2. Brush the bannock with soy sauce. Next, spread some shredded cucumber and chicken breast. Roll the bannock up and the burrito is done.
3.Tuna and Egg Burrito
A Can of Tuna
2 hard-boiled Eggs
1/4 of a Mashed Avocado
Step 1. Mash the two hard-boiled eggs and mix it with the tuna.
Step 2 Add the mashed avocado with some salt and pepper. Then, stir well.
Step 3. Heat up bannock. Then, place the eggs, tuna and avocado on it before rolling it up. The burrito is now ready to be served.
4.Bacon Egg Salad Burrito
35 g of Vegetable cubes 35g
A slice of 13g Bacon
4 g of Low-fat Salad Dressing
Step 1. Fry a piece tortilla in a pan on low heat.
Step 2. Next, boil vegetables and eggs
Step 3. Stir in low-fat salad dressing.
Step 4. After spreading the egg salad on the tortilla, roll it up and cut it in half.
Step 5. Fry a slice of bacon. When the bacon is cooked, cut it in half and place them on the burrito, roll it up and the burrito is ready to be served.
Step 1. Shred all ingredients except for the lettuce.
Step 2. Heat up a small amount of oil into the pan. Next, place the ingredients in and fry.
Step 3. After frying, just place the ingredients on the Bannock and roll them up. The burritos is ready to be served
6.Crab Fillet Vegetable and Egg Burrito
2 Chicken Eggs
Step 1. Use the egg to make an omelette. Next, place the crab fillet, vegetables and omelette on the bannock. Then, spread an appropriate amount of salad dressing before rolling it up and cut it into bite size sections.
Step 2. Serve the burritos with appropriate condiments.
