1.King trumpet mushroom with Sauce



2 oyster mushrooms

3 garlic cloves

1 shallot



1 Adjust the sauce: Add in 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, sugar, 1 tablespoon of starch and a half bowl of water. Stir well and set aside

2 Wash the king trumpet mushrooms, cut into round slices using a cross knife
