1.Tomato and Egg Soup

Directions:
Step 1. Wash tomatoes and cut into small pieces; Finely chop green onion, ginger, and garlic.
Step 2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them evenly.
Step 3. Heat up some oil in a pot. Then, add green onion, ginger, and garlic. Stir fry for a while before adding the tomatoes pieces in.
Step 4. Add some cold water and salt. Bring the water to a boil

2.Sponge Gourd and Egg Soup

Step 1. Peel the gourd, then wash and cut it into pieces. Next, beat the eggs with some salt.

3.Cabbage Tofu and Egg soup

100g of Chinese Cabbages

Step 1. Beat the eggs evenly in a bowl with a little salt. Cut tofu into small pieces.set them aside for later.
Step 2. Wash the cabbage and cut it into small pieces. Then, set them aside for later use.
Step 3. Heat up some oil in a pot. Next, add the eggs in and fry. Stir the eggs until they become small pieces.
Step 4. Add a large bowl of water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Next, add the tofu slices in.
Step 5. Add the mashed ginger and green onions. Cook them for three minutes.
Step 6. Add salt and chicken essence for flavour.
Step 7. Finally, add the cabbage and boil a for a few minutes. Then, the soup is ready to be served.
4.Kelp and Egg Soup
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
50 g of Kelp 50g
Green Onions
Directions:
Step 1. Wash kelp and cut into small strips; mince green onions.
Step 2. Heat up some oil in a pan. Next, add the green onion in and sauté.
Step 3. Add the kelp and stir fry.
Step 4. Add a moderate amount of salt and pepper. Stir well.
Step 5. Pour in an appropriate amount of water.
Step 6. Cover and bring the ingredients to a boil.
Step 7. Mix a little cooking wine and salt with the eggs.
Step 8. After the water boils, pour the egg in.
Step 9. After the egg is nearly cooked, add a little salt and MSG. Stir evenly and the soup is ready to be served.
5.Spinach and Egg Soup
