4.Kelp and Egg Soup
50 g of Kelp 50g
Step 1. Wash kelp and cut into small strips; mince green onions.
Step 2. Heat up some oil in a pan. Next, add the green onion in and sauté.
Step 3. Add the kelp and stir fry.
Step 4. Add a moderate amount of salt and pepper. Stir well.
Step 5. Pour in an appropriate amount of water.
Step 6. Cover and bring the ingredients to a boil.
Step 7. Mix a little cooking wine and salt with the eggs.
Step 8. After the water boils, pour the egg in.

5.Spinach and Egg Soup
