Dragon Fruit Popsicle
80 g of Red Dragon Fruit
100 ml of Yogurt
70 ml of Milk
5 ml of Lemon Juice
30 g of Sugar
30 ml of Honey
Step 1. Mix the milk, yogurt, sugar and honey together.
Step 2. Mashed the dragon fruit and mix it with lemon juice. Mix all of them together.
Step 3. Pour the mix into popsicle mould, then place the mould into the freezer. When the mould is frozen solid, the popsicles are ready to be enjoyed.
2.Banana Milk Popsicle
450 ml of Milk
10 g of Caster Sugar
Step 1. Cut the banana into small pieces.
Step 2. Place the pieces of banana into a bowl.
Step 3. Add appropriate amount of milk and sugar into the bowl.
Step 4. Blend the bananas into a milkshake and place the blended bananas into a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 5. Place the popsicle mould inside the refrigerator 24 hours in advance.
Step 6. Fill up the popsicle mould with the refrigerated banana milkshake. Then, leave it to settle for 8 minutes.
Step 7. Insert a popsicle stick into each mould. After about 12 minutes, take the popsicles out of the mould and serve.
200 ml of Yogurt
20 g of Evaporated Milk
Step 1. Cut the mango into small pieces. Next, place the mango into a blender with yogurt and condensed milk. Blend them to make smoothie.
Step 2. Pour the mango smoothie into a popsicle mould and freezer them for 4 hours.
Step 3. After that, take them out of the freezer and enjoy.
100 g of Strawberries
200 g of Milk
40 g of White Sugar
Step 1. Wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces.
Step 2. Mash the strawberry. Mix the mashed strawberries well with some sugar in a bowl
Step 3. Pour the strawberries into a popsicle mould and place the mould into a freezer for 2 hours.
Step 4. When the strawberry popsicle is frozen solid, they are ready to be served.
400g of Watermelon
Step 1. Cut the watermelon into small pieces and remove the seeds.
Step 2. Turn the watermelon into juice with a juicer.
Step 3. Pour the juice into a popsicle mould until it is full.
Step 4. Place the mould into the freezer and wait for it to become frozen solid overnight.
Step 5. Remove the popsicle from the mould and enjoy.
Two pieces of durian fruit
Step 1. Remove the seed from the durian meat. Next, add into a bowl and beat meat for 30 seconds
Step 2. Add an appropriate amount of fresh milk into the bowl and stir the milk well with the durian for 30 seconds.
Step 3. Pour the durian mix into the popsicle and place a popsicle stick.
Step 4. Place the mould into a refrigerator and freeze it for about 4 hours. Then, it is ready to be enjoyed.
300 ml of Milk
4 Egg Yolks
300 ml of Whipped Cream
50 g of Blueberry Jam
5 g of Corn starch
65 g of White Sugar
Step 1. Mix 1 egg yolk, 45 grams of sugar and 5 g of corn starch together. Stir well.
Step 2. Boil the of milk, then leave it to cool. Next, slowly pour the milk into the egg yolk, while constantly stirring to ensure it is evenly mixed.
Step 3. Heat the mixture on a low heat while continuously stirring so that it will be smooth and viscous.
Step 4. After cooking, leave the mixture is allowed to cool before adding in the blueberry jam. Next, stir the whipped cream, 15 g of sugar and 2/3 of mixture from earlier together.
Step 5. Mix the mixture and whipped cream evenly before pouring them into the popsicle mould.
Step 6. Place the mould into the refrigerator and allow it to freeze for about 6 hours. After that, remove the popsicles from the mould and enjoy.
