Ingredients:

1 pack of puff pastry

Filling:

100g of egg yolk (5 AA eggs)

50g of sugar

60g of milk

200g of animal fresh cream

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

 

Steps:

1 Stir all the filling, filter and use.

2 Press the puff pastry into the tower mold (the bottom should be thinner), pour the filling into the puff pastry and bake together.

3 Bake on the bottom layer at 190-200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.

 

2.Sausage Pastry Roll

5 slices of puff pastry (10cm×10cm of Kawan brand)

1 whole egg liquid (beaten)

40 g of Parmesan cheese powder

 

Steps:

1 Wipe a piece of sausage dry with absorbent paper.

2 Then roll up the sausage with a slice of Kawan brand pastry. Finish the remaining by repeating this step.

3 Coat the skin of each sausage pastry roll with egg liquid.

3.Crispy Chicken Pastry

Ingredients:

One chicken breast and one thigh (diced)

1 onion (diced)

2 potatoes (diced)

1/2 carrot (diced)

1 celery (diced)

2 eggs

1/2  of Canned mushroom soup

1 pack of Kawan Puff Pastry  (ten slices, can make 5 pies)

5 round tin foil molds

 

Steps:

1 Marinate the chicken with rice flour, soy sauce, sugar and pepper for 1 hour,. Then, sauté until fragrant.

2 After the eggs are cooked on low heat, peel off the shells and chop them for later use.

3 Prepare other ingredients such as onions, potatoes, carrots and celery

4 Then add in chicken, diced eggs and canned mushroom soup. Add a little salt and black pepper.

5 Roll out the pie crust to the desired size, put one portion in the tin foil mold, and remove the excess edges.

6 Put the mixed fillings on the pie pan and spread another layer of pie crust to remove the excess edges.

7 Use a fork to press. Complete the other 4 portion by following the steps.

8 Brush with egg yolk liquid, pierce some holes with a toothpick.

9 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place it on the lower and middle layer and bake for 25 minutes.

 

4.Dirty Pastry Buns

Ingredients:

Kawan Puff Pastry (Square)

Chocolate Chip Chocolate Bar

Chocolate Powder

100g of Cooking Chocolate

100g of Whipping Cream

 

Steps:

1 Preheat the oven.

2 Cut the chocolate chips into small pieces.

3 Cut the puff pastry in half and wrap in small chocolate chips.

4 After one layer is rolled, roll the second layer.

5 Put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until they turn golden brown.

6 Heat up the whipped cream, pour it into the cooking chocolate and let it stand for about 5 minutes, then stir until it smoothens.

7 Pour this ganache on the puff pastry bag and sprinkle with chocolate powder.

 

5.Puff pastry rice cake

Ingredients:

1 pack of Kawan Puff Pastry

1 egg (for coating)

Rice cake  (cut into pieces)

 

Steps:

1 Cut Kawan Puff Pastry into the desired shape first.

2 Pack it into the rice cake.

3 Press the fork to close the mouth.

4 Coat the surface with egg liquid.

5 Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until they golden brown.
