1.Genki Chicken Oatmeal


4 tablespoons of coconut oil

2 1/2 tablespoons of minced garlic

1 tablespoon of minced ginger

30g of Chopped onion

120g of Chicken breast (Cut into pieces)

750-1000ml of Water

45g of Quaker quick-cooking oatmeal

Fish sauce

1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

4 boiled eggs

Chopped green onion

Lemon juice



1 Put 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a hot pot, add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic and cook on low heat until it turns golden brown. Then, remove and place on absorbent paper.

2 Add the remaining coconut oil and fry the minced ginger, chopped onion, chicken breast and remaining minced garlic. Then, pour 3-4 cups of water and boil

3 Add in oatmeal, cook to the consistency you want and season with fish sauce and pepper

4 Finally, sprinkle the sautéed garlic and chopped green onion and serve with hard-boiled eggs and lemon juice


2.Milky Purple Potato Oatmeal


Purple Sweet Potato

Quaker original large oatmeal or instant oatmeal




1 Wash and peel the purple potato, then cut into small cubes (cut as small as possible, so that it is easy to cook)

2 Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add in purple potatoes and cook.

3 After the purple sweet potato is soften after boiling, add oats and milk and cook for a while

4 Turn off the heat, cover and simmer for a while. Take it out of the pan and a bowl of delicious milky purple potato oatmeal is now ready.


3.Chicken Oatmeal Pancakes


2 eggs

1/2 tablespoon of milk

2 tablespoons of Quaker quick-cooking oatmeal or instant oatmeal

1/4 cup of water

1/4 cup of shredded cheese

1/4 cup of chopped shiitake mushrooms

1/2 cup of shredded chicken

Salt and pepper




1 Put eggs, milk and oatmeal into the container. Then, add other ingredients and season

2 Microwave for 1 minute, stir all the ingredients and put it in the microwave for another minute

3 Sprinkle some chopped parsley (Parsley), it is now ready to eat


4.Tomato Oatmeal



30g of Oatmeal

30g of Pizza cheese shreds

3/4 cup of water (150ml)

1 tomato (or 10-12 small tomatoes, 150g)

1/4 onion (50g)

Pickled cucumber 4 ~ 5 slices (20g)

2 black olives

2 tablespoons of tomato paste (addition or subtraction as you like)

1/2 tablespoon of grape seed oil

1/2 ~ 1 tablespoon of minced garlic

1/2 tablespoon of Allulose syrup

Grated Peppercorns

A pinch of salt



1 Cut tomatoes and onions into palatable sizes, and chop the pickled cucumbers and black olives.

2 In a preheated pan, drizzle with grape seed oil. Add in minced garlic and onion and fry over medium-low heat for 3 to 5 minutes until the onion becomes slightly transparent.

3 Add tomatoes, pickles, black olives and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.

4 Add the tomato sauce, crush the tomatoes and cook for 5 to 8 minutes on medium heat. Add in the allulose syrup, ground peppercorns and salt. The tomato sauce is complete.

5 Put oatmeal and water in the tomato sauce pot , cook while stirring over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until it thickens. Turn off the heat.

6 Add pizza cheese shreds, cover the pot and melt the cheese with the residual heat.


5.Cauliflower Shrimp Oatmeal Stew



30g of Oatmeal

50g of  Cauliflower  (about 1/6 stalk)

50g of Shelled shrimp  (or squid, tuna and other seafood)

3/4 cups of water (150ml)

1/4 teaspoon of sesame oil

A pinch of salt




1 Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and soak the shelled shrimp in cold water to thaw.

2 Pour the water into a pot and  boil over high heat. Add the oatmeal and cook while stirring.  Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.

3 Bring to a boil again after adding the broccoli, shelled shrimp and pepper. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes over medium heat. Stir occasionally until it thickens.

4 Drizzle with sesame oil and salt, then add the desired ingredients, mix and taste. Different tasting methods are also very suitable. (For spiciness, you can choose the commercially available Sriracha chili sauce or hot sauce)
