1.Genki Chicken Oatmeal
4 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 1/2 tablespoons of minced garlic

2.Milky Purple Potato Oatmeal
Purple Sweet Potato
Quaker original large oatmeal or instant oatmeal
1 Wash and peel the purple potato, then cut into small cubes (cut as small as possible, so that it is easy to cook)

3.Chicken Oatmeal Pancakes
1/2 tablespoon of milk
2 tablespoons of Quaker quick-cooking oatmeal or instant oatmeal

1/4 cup of shredded cheese
1/4 cup of chopped shiitake mushrooms
1/2 cup of shredded chicken

2 Microwave for 1 minute, stir all the ingredients and put it in the microwave for another minute

30g of Oatmeal
30g of Pizza cheese shreds
3/4 cup of water (150ml)
1 tomato (or 10-12 small tomatoes, 150g)

1 Cut tomatoes and onions into palatable sizes, and chop the pickled cucumbers and black olives.

5 Put oatmeal and water in the tomato sauce pot , cook while stirring over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until it thickens. Turn off the heat.
6 Add pizza cheese shreds, cover the pot and melt the cheese with the residual heat.
5.Cauliflower Shrimp Oatmeal Stew
30g of Oatmeal
50g of Cauliflower (about 1/6 stalk)
50g of Shelled shrimp (or squid, tuna and other seafood)
3/4 cups of water (150ml)
1/4 teaspoon of sesame oil
A pinch of salt
1 Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and soak the shelled shrimp in cold water to thaw.
2 Pour the water into a pot and boil over high heat. Add the oatmeal and cook while stirring. Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
3 Bring to a boil again after adding the broccoli, shelled shrimp and pepper. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes over medium heat. Stir occasionally until it thickens.
4 Drizzle with sesame oil and salt, then add the desired ingredients, mix and taste. Different tasting methods are also very suitable. (For spiciness, you can choose the commercially available Sriracha chili sauce or hot sauce)
