1.Hot Dog Crepes
Step 1. Cut the crepe into a square shape. Then, cut it in half.
Step 2. Crack the eggs and brush the egg on one side of the crepe half. Then stack the crepe on top of one another.
Step 3. Sprinkle one side of the crepe stack with the shredded cheese and put the hot dog sausage on top of the cheese. Next, sprinkle the chopped green onion on top and roll the crepe while the sausage is at the middle.
Step 4. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Then, place the hot dog crepe into the oven and bake it for about 10 minutes. When it is done baking, take it out and it is ready to be served.
Step 1. Peel the banana and place it on top of a crepe. Next, roll the crepe up while the banana is inside. Then, cut the rolled up crepe into small pieces of about 1 cm.
Step 2. Brush the banana in a layer of egg and sprinkle some black sesame seeds.
Step 3. Preheat the oven at 200°C for 5 minutes. Then, place the banana crepe into the oven and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes before serving.
3.Sweet Potato Crepe

Step 1. Peel and slice sweet potatoes. Next, steam them in a pot. Then, mashed them with a spoon before adding milk. Mix and stir well.
Step 2. Spread the mashed sweet potato evenly on the crepe. Then, roll the crepe up and cut into evenly-sized sections. Next, brush the crepe in a layer of egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Step 3. Bake the crepe in an oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. When it is done, the crepe is ready to be served.
Step 1. Cut the crepe into 4 pieces. Next, use the crepe pieces to wrap the cheese and tongyuan.
Step 2. Place the crepe balls on a baking tray. Then, brush the top of the crepe with a layer of egg. Next, sprinkle black sesame on top.
Step 3. Preheat the oven up at 180 degrees for 2 minutes before placing the crepe ball into the oven and bake for 20 minutes. When they are done, they are ready to be served.
Step 1. Cut off the corners crepe. Next, cut the crepe into 6 long strips and brush a layer of egg yolk on all the strips.
Step 2. Sprinkle the top of the crepe with white sesame seeds and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. After that, the crepe are now ready to be served.
