Shiitake Mushrooms

Step 1. Blanch the shiitake mushrooms and green vegetables separately. Then, chop them into fine pieces.


Step 2. Place the shiitake mushrooms and minced vegetables into the meat. Next, add salt, light soy sauce, minced ginger and green onion and sesame oil. Stir well.


Step 3. Place the pork mix on to a dumpling wrapper and wrap them to make a dumpling


Step 4. Boil water in the pot, add the dumplings into the water and wait for the dumplings to be cooked. When it is done, the dumpling is ready to be served.



2.Shrimp Dumplings



Corn Kernels


Spring Onions

Oyster Sauce



Step 1. Wash the shrimp. Remove head and shell.


Step 2. Chop the cleaned shrimp into pieces. Next, mix the shrimps well with cooking wine, pepper, soy sauce, salt and oyster sauce.


Step 3. After that, place the shrimp, onion, corn kernels and chopped green onion together. stir well before wrapping them up into dumplings.


Step 4. Put the wrapped dumplings in the refrigerator and allow it to freeze at least 2 hours.


Step 5. Boil water in a pot and then add the dumplings in. Cook the dumplings until they float and they are ready to be served.



3.Celery and Shiitake Dumplings


500g of Pork

200 g of Celery





Thirteen-spice Seasoning

Oyster Sauce

Chicken Essence

Shiitake Mushrooms



Step 1. Minced pork and ginger and spring onion.


Step 2. Wash and chop celery and shiitake mushrooms into small pieces.


Step 3. To make the filling. mix the vegetables and meat together with salt, light soy sauce, thirteen-spices, chopped green onions, oyster sauce, and chicken essence. Stir well.


Step 4. Place the filling on the dumpling wrap and wrap them up.


Step 5. Boil a pot of water. Then, add dumplings into the boiled water to cook. While cooking, take the dumpling out and rinse them briefly with tap water. Repeat this step 2 more times in a fixed interval before it is cooked. When the dumplings start to float, remove them from the pot and they are ready to be served.



4.Cabbage Pork Dumplings


Pork Belly 250g

Chinese Cabbage

1 Green Onion

2 tablespoons of sesame oil



Step 1. Peel the cabbage.


Step 2. Minced the meat. Then, mixed it with green onion, minced ginger, cooking wine, dark soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir well.


Step 3. Wipe off any water on the cabbage. Then, mix the cabbage leaves with some sesame oil


Step 4. Mix the meat and cabbage together. Next, place a portion on a dumpling wrapper


Step 5. Dip some water with your fingers and apply it to the edge of the dumpling wrapper to make it easier to wrap up.


Step 6. Fill the pot with water and bring it to a boil. Then, add the dumplings into the pot and stir them quickly to prevent sticking to the pot.


Step 7. Cover the pot and boil the dumpling. While cooking is underway, open the lid and apply a spoonful of cold water on the dumpling skin. Then, continue to cook the dumplings again.


Step 8. Apply cold water to the dumpling 4 times. Next, wait until the dumplings float and it is ready to be served.




5.Leek and Mushroom Dumplings


300 g of Pork

200 g of Leeks

150 g of Shiitake Mushrooms

A pinch of Salt

Ground Ginger

Sesame Oil

Oyster Sauce



Step 1. Place the pork in a large bowl.


Step 2. Add salt, filling, sesame oil and oyster sauce. Then, mix well.


Step 3. Minced shiitake mushrooms and add them into the bowl.


Step 4. Finely chop the leeks and also add them in a bowl with the ground ginger. Mix well. Wrap the filling in portions with dumpling wrappers.


Step 5. Boil a pot of water. When the water boils, add the dumplings and cook them until they float. After that, they are ready to be served.
