1.Beef Tomato
Ingredients:
200g of Beef slices
150g of beef tomatoes
1 teaspoon of minced ginger
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
80cc of Water
Seasoning:
2 tablespoon of tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of wine
1 tablespoon of cornstarch water
Marinade:
1/2 teaspoon of loose meat powder
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of egg liquid
30cc of Water
1/2 teaspoon of Shaoxing wine
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
Steps:
1 Add in the beef slices to all the marinade, let it stand for 30 minutes and set aside.
2 Cut the beef tomatoes into hob pieces and set aside.
3 Take out a pot and fill with 1/4 of oil and heat it to 160℃. Add the marinated beef slices in Step 1. Stir and fry until the flesh turns white. Pour out the oil.
4 Take the pot of fried beef slices, add 1 teaspoon of oil, minced ginger and minced garlic and sauté.
5 Add in water, the tomato cubes and the remaining seasonings except cornstarch water into the pot and cook for 2 minutes on low heat
6 Add in the deep-fried beef slices of Step 3, cook for about 1 minute and pour in cornstarch water to thicken.
2.Fried Mushroom Chicken Fillet
Ingredients:
100g of Boneless chicken thigh
150g of Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon of minced ginger
Seasoning:
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of sugar
Marinade:
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoon of egg white
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon of Shaoxing wine
1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper

Steps:
1 Cut the boneless chicken into strips, add in all the marinade, and leave it for 15 minutes.
2 Remove the stalks of the shiitake mushrooms and cut into strips. Wash and set aside.
3 Takeout a pot and add 1/5 oil to heat, add in the marinated chicken fillet in Step 1. Remove the oil and drain.
4 Take the original pan of step 3 fried chicken fillet and add ginger and stir-fry. Your dish is now ready
3.Fried leeks with dried tofu
Ingredients:
5 dried soybeans
150 grams of leeks
1 red pepper
Seasoning:
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of chicken powder
Steps:
1 Cut the dried soybeans into thin slices; wash the leek and cut into 3 cm long sections. Slice the red pepper for later use.
2 Heat up the pot, pour 1 tablespoon of oil, add in salt and dried soybeans of Step 1 and fry them over low heat until the surface of the dried soybeans turns slightly yellow.
3 Add in red pepper, chicken powder and the leek segments . Turn to high heat and stir-fry for half a minute.
4.Clam loofah
Ingredients:
300 grams of loofah
150 grams of clams
20 grams of ginger
Seasoning:
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Steps:
1 Peel the loofah and cut into pieces. Soak the clams in salt water to remove sand and wash them for later use.
2 After heating the pot, add 1 tablespoon of oil with the loofah. Add in salt and fry over low heat until water comes out.
3 Add in the clams and shredded ginger. Your dish is now completed
5.Dried Scallion and Black Bean Chicken
Ingredients:
500g of Chicken drumsticks
100g of Red onion
30g of Tempeh
80cc of Water
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
Marinade:
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of wine
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
Steps:
1 Chop the chicken drumsticks into small pieces, add in all the marinade and mix well. Remove the red onion without cutting it; wash and soak the tempeh until they soften. Set the ingredients aside.
2 Heat up a pot with 1/4 oil, add in the onion and fry over low heat until it turns golden before removing.
3 Put the marinated chicken nuggets in a pot and fry them over low fire for 5 minutes before removing them.
4 In the pot of fried chicken nuggets, add in the onion and stir fry.
