1.Black Pepper Pork Fillet

食譜:黑椒豬柳

Ingredients:

80 g of Pork Leg

1/4  Onion

1/4 Green Pepper

 

Seasoning:

Seasoning A – 1 teaspoon of fine black pepper, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, 1 teaspoon of fine sugar, 30 ml of water

 

Seasoning B – 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

 

Marinade: a little salt, 1 tsp cornstarch

 

Directions:

Step 1. Wash and cut the pork leg into thick strips. Next, marinate the pork strips with the ingredients listed. 10 minutes

 

Step 2. Heat up some cooking oil in a pan. Next, add the pork in and fry them over medium-low heat until they are thoroughly cooked. Remove the pork and set aside for later.

 

Step 3. Peel and cut the onion into strips; wash the green pepper, remove the stems and seeds, and cut into strips; set them aside for later.

 

Step 4. Heat up a moderate amount of oil in a pan. Next, add onion strips and green pepper strips into the pan. Fry them over medium heat until they become fragrant.

 

Step 5. Add all seasoning A and pork strips into the pan. Stir fry evenly

 

Step 6. Add cornstarch to thicken the sauce. Finally, drizzle some sesame oil on the pork and is ready to be served.

 

 

2.Stir-Fried Black Pepper Pork

Ingredients:

200 g of Pork

1/2 Onion

2 cloves of Garlic

 

Seasoning:

1 teaspoon of Black Pepper

5 g of Butter

1 teaspoon of Sesame Oil

 

Marinade:

1 tablespoon of Cornstarch

1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce

 

Directions:

Step 1. Cut the pork into strips. Then, marinate them for about 10 minutes. Next, scald them in hot water and set them aside for later.

 

Step 2. Wash and shred the onion; Wash and slice the garlic. Set them aside for later use.

 

Step 3. Heat up some oil in a pan over. Next, sauté the garlic and onions over medium heat and sauté first before adding the pork strips into the pan. Then, add in all the seasonings and stir evenly. When the pork is thoroughly cooked, the dish is ready to be served.

 

 

 

3.Black Pepper Beef

Ingredients:

200 g of Beef Slices

Half an Onion

 

Seasoning:

1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce

1 tablespoon of A1 Steak Sauce

1/2 tablespoon of Sugar

1 teaspoon of Salt

1 tablespoon of Black Pepper

2 tablespoon of Water

 

Marinade:

1/2 teaspoon of Sugar

1 teaspoon of Wine

1 tablespoon of Water

1 teaspoon of Soy Sauce

1 tablespoon of Cornstarch

 

Directions:

Step 1. Shred the onion; marinate beef slices with the ingredients listed and mix well. Set them aside for later.

 

Step 2. Heat up a little salad oil in a pan and sauté the shredded onion. Next, add the beef slices and fry until they are half-cooked.

 

Step 3. Pour all the seasonings on the beef and bring the sauce to a boil. Finally, add the onion on the beef slices and stir-fry evenly. The dish is then ready to be served.

 

4.Black Pepper Tofu

Ingredients:

200 g of Tofu

 

Seasoning:

1 tablespoon of Black Pepper

1 teaspoon of Tomato Sauce

1 teaspoon of Cream

1 tablespoon of Granulated Sugar

1 tablespoon of Rice Wine

1 teaspoon of Oyster Sauce

50 ml of Water 50

 

Directions:

Step 1. Cut tofu into thick slices, and fry them in a pan of oil until the tofu turns are yellow. Then, set aside for later.

 

Step 2. Mix well and cook all the seasonings. Next, pour them onto the fried tofu.

 

 

 

5.Black Pepper Beef with Green Pepper

Ingredients:

200 g of Beef Slices

80 g of Green Pepper

1 teaspoon of Minced Garlic

1 teaspoon of cream

50 ml of Water

 

Seasoning:

1 teaspoon of Coarse Black Pepper

1 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce

1/4 teaspoon of Salt

1/2 teaspoon of Soy Sauce

1/2 teaspoon of Sugar

1 teaspoon of Wine

1 teaspoon of Cornstarch

 

Marinade:

1/2 teaspoon loose meat powder

1 teaspoon of Soy Sauce

1/4 teaspoon of Salt

1 teaspoon of Cornstarch

1 tablespoon of Egg

30 ml of Water

1/2 teaspoon of Shaoxing Wine

1/2 teaspoon of Sugar

 

Directions:

Step 1. Marinate all the beef slices for 30 minutes. Then, set aside for later.

 

Step 2. Cut the green pepper into triangular slices and set aside.

 

Step 3. Heat a 1/4 pan of oil. When the oil boils, add the marinated beef slices in. Next, stir and fry until the meat turns white in colour. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

 

Step 4.  Add 1 teaspoon of oil to a pan and heat it up. Next, add the minced garlic, butter and green pepper. Stir-fry them well for 1 minute.

 

Step 5. Stir fry the fried beef slices, water and remaining seasonings except the cornstarch water for 1 minute over medium heat. After that, add cornstarch to thicken the sauce and the dish is ready to be served.
