1.Boiled pork knuckle with rock candy and cola
Ingredients:
18kg of Pig’s feet
50 g of sliced ginger
8 star anise
60g of Rock sugar
450ml of Soy sauce
50 g of white pepper
100 ml of rice wine
1000ml of Coke
2000 ml of water
2 packs of Universal halogen bag
4 peppers
Steps:
1 Boil the pig’s feet in cold water, stir well and then pick up. Wash the foam with cold water
2 Drain the water and set aside. Slice the ginger and set aside.
3 Pour in ginger slices and stir until fragrant. Add in star anise and rock sugar
4 Time for the main ingredients, add in the sugar and fry. Then, pour in the soy sauce and stir evenly
5 Pour cola and water to a boil. Pour in rice wine to remove the fishy smell before adding pepper

2.Cola Braised Pork
Ingredients:
600g of Plum meat with skin
15g of Scallions
10g of Chili segment
15 grams of garlic
100cc of Coke
600cc of Water
Seasoning:
A pinch of salt
70cc of Soy sauce
1 tablespoon of rice wine
White pepper
Steps:
1 Wash and cut the plum meat.
2 Heat up a pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté until fragrant. Add in the shallots, chili, and garlic until it has fragrant.
3 Add the plum pork cubes and fry until slightly burnt, add in all the seasonings and fry until fragrant.
4 Pour in cola and water and boil , then turn to low heat for about 40 minutes. Your dish is now complete.
3.Cola Beef Ribs
Ingredients:
600g of Beef ribs
1 onion
20 grams of ginger
20 grams of garlic
1 can of Coke
10cc of potato starch water
Seasoning:
4 tablespoons of bean paste
2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1500cc of Water
Steps:
1 Cut the beef ribs into pieces and blanch them in boiling water. Cut the onion into small pieces, mince the ginger and garlic separately.
2 Heat up oil in a pan and sauté the minced ginger and minced garlic. Add in seasonings, cola, beef ribs and onions.
3 Bring it to a boil on high heat before turning to low heat to simmer for about 2.5 hours until the beef ribs are tender
4 Finally, thicken with cornstarch water before turning off the heat.
4.Cola Braised Pork Rice
Ingredients:
600g of pork belly
30 g of minced shallots
250cc of Coke
800cc of water
Seasoning:
90cc of Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Five spice powder
White pepper
Steps:
1 Wash the pork belly and cut into strips. Once done, set them aside.
2 Heat up the pan and add 3 tablespoons of salad oil, chopped shallots and sauté it until it turns golden brown before removing.
3 Put the pork belly strips of in the pan and fry until it turns greasy, add in all the seasonings and stir fry
4 Add cola and water and boil, turn to low heat and cook for 40 minutes.
5 Finally, add in the red onion crisp and cook for 15 minutes.
5.Cola Ribs
Ingredients:
600g of pork ribs
20g of Scallions
20 grams of ginger
160g of Potatoes
60g of Carrots
1 can of Coke
Seasoning:
180cc of Soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sugar
500cc of Water
Steps:
1 Chop the ribs into small pieces and blanch them for about 2 minutes. Then, remove them and let them cool for later use.
2 Cut the green onion and ginger into small pieces. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into small pieces.
3 Heat up a pot with 1 tablespoon of salad oil. Sauté the shallots and ginger on low heat
4 Put in the ribs, cola and all the seasonings .
5 After boiling, add in potato wedges and carrot wedges and cook for about 30 minutes until the soup is slightly dry.
