1.Cold bean sprouts



600g of Soy bean sprouts

1 green onion

1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic

White sesame seeds


1/2 teaspoon of chili powder

1/2 teaspoon  of sesame oil

1 teaspoon of salt



1 Wash the soybean sprouts. Remove the head and tail an boil it slightly with boiling water and drain well.

2 Wash and shred the green onions.

3. Mix the garlic paste with all the seasonings and finally sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

2.Stir-fried Bean Sprouts with Leek



150g of Bean Sprouts

10g of  Leek segments

3 grams of minced garlic


A pinch of salt





1 Wash the bean sprouts and place them in boiling water. Blanch them and remove them. The leek segments are divided into leek heads and leek tails.

2 Heat up a pot with oil, add in minced garlic and leek heads to fragrant. Then, add in the leek tail and bean sprout

3 Add in all the seasonings and stir-fry evenly.


3.Three silk cold bean sprouts



200g of Bean Sprouts

1 dried fungus

20 grams of carrots

30g of Cucumber

1 chili

20 grams of ginger


1/4 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon of sugar

1/4 teaspoon of white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil



1 Wash the dried fungus, soak softly and shred. Remove t he bean sprouts and wash off the tail. Peel the carrots, wash and shred.

2 Wash the cucumber, shred and remove the seeds; peel the ginger and shred; remove the seeds and shred the pepper. Then, cook the above ingredients.

3 Put all the seasonings into a pot and cook into  sauce for later use.

4 Drain the ingredients of Step 1 and 2 , place them into a cooked food bowl and add the sauce and mix well.


4.Teppanyaki bean sprouts



250g of Bean Sprouts

20g of Garlic slices

15g of Chili flakes

1 tablespoon of salad oil


1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon of wine

2 teaspoon of black peppercorns

100cc of Water

1/2 teaspoon of white vinegar



1 Wash the bean sprouts and remove the long hairs on the bean sprouts to make them taste better.

2 Heat up a pan with salad oil, add in garlic and chili flakes and sauté on low heat

3 Add in the bean sprouts and all the seasonings and stir fry slightly

4 Cover the pot and simmer on high heat for about 1 minute.


5.Pickled Bean Sprouts



50g of Sauerkraut

100g of Bean Sprouts

1 red pepper

1/2 teaspoon of salt



1 Wash the sauerkraut and cut them into shreds. Soak them  in water for about 10 minutes, remove and drain the water for later use.

2 Wash the bean sprouts and remove the roots; wash the red pepper, peel off the skin, and shred the seeds. Then, set aside.

3 Pour oil in a hot pot to heat, add in the red peppers and sauté until fragrant

4 Add in the sauerkraut shreds and bean sprouts, stir fry for about 1 minute over medium heat.
