Ingredients:

Directions:

4.Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

360 g of Pork Ribs

50 g of Green Pepper

50 g of Red Pepper

 

Seasoning:

A. 1 tablespoon of corn starch, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, 1/8 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of egg yolk

 

B. 3 tablespoons of white vinegar, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 4 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of water

 

C. 10ml of corn starch and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

 

Directions:

Step 1. Cut the pork ribs into small pieces and marinate with seasoning A for about 5 minutes.
