1.Cheese and Seafood Baked Rice

食譜:芝士海鮮焗飯

Fried rice ingredients:

25cc of Salad oil

50g of Barbecued pork

1 egg

200 grams of rice

20g of Chopped green onion

Baking ingredients:

40g of Cheese shreds

50g of Frozen green and red vegetables

20g o f Onion

2 garlic bulbs

30 grams of mushrooms

40g of Flowering branches

30g of Shrimp

2 mussels

1 tablespoon of Unsalted butter

30 grams of flour

200cc of Chicken stock

Seasoning:

Fried rice seasoning: 1/8 teaspoon of  salt, 1/8 teaspoon of chicken powder

Baked rice seasoning: 1/4 teaspoon of salt

 

Steps:

1 Dice the barbecued pork, Beat the eggs and stir into egg sauce for later use.

2 Take out a pan, add in salad oil and heat over medium heat. Then, add in the egg sauce and stir-fry until it is half cooked

3 Add white rice and chopped green onion and stir-fry quickly until they are evenly distributed, then add in salt, chicken powder and barbecued pork to stir fry.

4 Continue to stir-fry over medium heat until the rice is dry and fragrant. The pan is now ready to be put into the baking dish.

5 Wash the onion and garlic and cut into pieces. Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices for later use.

6 Wash the flower branches and cut them into rings. Put the shrimps and mussels in boiling water and blanch them until they change color. Then, pick them up and put them in cold water for later use.

7 Take out another pot and put the unsalted butter to melt and sauté the onion and garlic on low heat.

8 Then add the flour and stir fry. Add in the chicken stock, mix well and boil before adding the seasoning

9 Add in green and red vegetables and mushroom slices, mix well and then turn off the heat for later use.

10 Spread the roasted ingredients on the rice and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Place the baking dish on the baking tray

11 Add half a bowl of water on the baking tray and put it in the oven that is preheated to 200 ℃ to bake until the surface turns golden brown.

2.Creamy Wild Mushroom Baked Rice

食譜:奶油野菇焗飯

Ingredients:

100g of Mixed wild mushrooms

20 grams minced onion

120 grams of rice

30g of Cheese shreds

30g of Green cauliflower

20g of Diced red sweet pepper

20g of Diced yellow sweet pepper

Seasoning:

2 tablespoons of cream white sauce

 

Steps:

1 Wash and drain the wild mushrooms.

2 Take out a saucepan, add in cream and minced onions

3 Stir-fry the mixed wild mushrooms, then add creamy white sauce and rice. Mix well and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

4 Put it in a preheated oven, and bake at upper heat of 250°C and at 150°C for about 2 minutes until the surface turns golden brown.

5 Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Boil and drain

6 Add the yellow and red sweet scallops together as decoration and place on top of the creamy wild mushroom baked rice

 

3.Korean Kimchi Baked Rice

食譜:韓式泡菜焗飯

Ingredients:

100g of seafood

50g of Korean kimchi

10g scallions

120 grams of rice

50g of Cheese shreds

 

Steps:

1 Take out a pot, add in the seafood and blanch until they are cooked and set aside.

2 Stir-fry the mixed seafood, Korean kimchi, scallions and white rice.

3 Put Step 2 into a baking cup and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

4 Put it in a preheated oven, heat at 200℃ and 150℃ and bake for about 6 minutes until the surface turns golden brown.

4.American Bacon and Cheese Baked Rice

食譜:美式培根芝士焗飯

Ingredients:

2 bowls of rice

1/4 of onion

100 grams of Bacon

Garlic

20g of Green peas kernels

150cc of Fresh cream

20g of  cheese

Seasoning:

2 tablespoons of olive oil

A pinch of salt

Pepper

30g of Parmesan cheese powder

 

Steps:

1 Cut the onions and bacon into small cubes.

2 Heat up olive oil in a pot, add in garlic and onion and sauté until fragrant

3 Then add the diced bacon and  fry for about 2 minutes. Then ,add in whipped cream and green beans.

4 Add salt, pepper and parmesan cheese powder to stir-fry until they soften. Then, add in the rice, mix well and set aside.

5 Put the mixed rice in a baking dish and spread with cheese

6 Put it in an oven preheated to 180℃ and bake for about 10 minutes.

 

5.Creamy Salmon Baked Rice

食譜:奶油鮭魚焗飯

Ingredients:

80g of Salmon pieces

10 g diced onion

120 grams of rice

50g of  Cheese shreds

5 grams of cream

 

Seasoning:

100cc of Animal fresh cream

1/4 teaspoon of salt

 

Steps:

1 Take out a pan, add in cream, the diced onion and salmon  and sauté until fragrant. Then, add the seasonings and white rice and stir-fry over low heat.

2 Put Step 1 in a baking cup and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

3 Put it in a preheated oven, heat at 200℃ and 150℃ and bake for about 6 minutes until the surface turns golden brown.
