Steps:

5.Potato Apple Ham and Egg Salad

700g of Potatoes

1 small cucumber(105g)

4 boiled eggs

2 apples

1 carrot(150 grams)

 

Steps:

1 Rinse the cucumbers and dice them, dice the boiled eggs into dices and diced the carrots as well. Cook and drain.

2 Take out the steamed potatoes and pour them into a mixing bowl while hot and press them into a puree, then add fresh milk and mix well

3 Let the previously mixed mashed potatoes cool slightly, add a small strip of Thousand Island Salad Dressing & half of the original salad dressing and mix well.

4 Mix well, then pour in  the other diced ham, diced carrot, diced cucumber, diced egg and diced apple

5 Mix with the remaining original salad dressing lightly
