1.Strawberry Yogurt Cake



50 g of Cookies

100 g of Light Cream

50 g of Milk

70 g of Cream Cheese

20 g of Sugar

5 g of Gelatine Slices




Step 1. Soak the gelatine slices in cold water to soften them


Step 2. Soften the cream cheese and whisk it until it is smooth. Then, add milk and sugar into the cream cheese. Place the cream cheese and heat it up on medium heat in the microwave for 1 minute.


Step 3. Melt the sugar. Next, add the gelatin slices in and stir well.


Step 4. Whip the light cream until it is soft. Then, add milk into the whipped cream and mix well. Next, add cream cheese mix and stir well.


Step 5. Place the cookies inside a bag and crush them. Then, pour them into a mould and make them as compact as possible. Next, remove the stems of strawberries and cut them in half. Place the strawberries along the wall of the mould


Step 6. Pour the cheese mix into the mould and cover the top of the mould with plastic wrap. Place the mould in the refrigerator for 4 hours


Step 7. After that, carefully remove the cake from the mould and decorate the top with some strawberries. The cake is now ready.




2.Coconut and Strawberry Panna Cotta



500 ml of Milk

40 g of Caster Sugar

60 g of Corn Starch




Step 1. Mix milk, sugar and corn starch in a pot.


Step 2. After mixing, heat up the pot and continue to stir the milk until the mixture becomes thicken. Switch off the heat and set them aside for now


Step 3. Fill up half of the batter in a glass bowl and place half-cut strawberries on,


Step 4. Pour the remaining half of the mix. Then, place the bowl into the refrigerate and leave it to cool for several hours. When it turns solid, take the cake out and cut it into pieces. Sprinkle some coconut paste on top and the dessert is ready.



3.Strawberry Jam Sandwich

2 slices of Toast

1 egg

50 ml of Milk

3 strawberries

Strawberry Jam



Step 1. Cut the two slices of toast crosswise pattern to divide them into 4 pieces


Step 2. Add the eggs into the milk and beat them. Next, use the egg mixture to cover the toast. Then, fry them in a pan over medium heat until they turn golden brown.


Step 3. Spread strawberry jam on the toast and sandwich the jam with another piece of toast. Finally garnish with strawberries and powdered sugar! The dessert is now ready.



4.Strawberry Yogurt Pudding



230g of Yogurt

170g of Strawberries

50 g of Milk

10 g of Gelatine

15 g of White Sugar



Step 1. Wash the strawberries and place it in a blender. Next, add yogurt to a blender to make a strawberry milkshake. After blending, sieved the milkshake and set it aside for later.


Step 2. Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Then, take it out and set it aside for later


Step 3. Put the milk and sugar into a pot. Heat the pot up on low heat and add the gelatine slices into the pot.


Step 4. Stir the mixture until the sugar and gelatine has completely melted. Next, switch off the flame and leave it to cool slightly before adding strawberry milkshake. Stir until they are evenly mixed.


Step 5. Next, pour the mixture into the mould and place some strawberries on top. Place the mould into refrigerate and leave it to freeze for 5 hours. The dessert is then ready to be served.



5.Strawberry Yogurt Oatmeal Cup



2 cups of Yogurt

120 g of Oats

2 Bananas

20 g of milk





Step 1. Peel the bananas and mash. Next, add oatmeal and milk into the mashed banana. Mix well.


Step 2. Pour the banana mix into a cup shape mould and place the mould in the oven. Bake the banana at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.


Step 3. Take out the cup shaped oatmeal from the oven and leave it to cool. Next, pour the yogurt into the cup. Then, top the yogurt with chopped strawberries and blueberries. The dessert is now ready to be served.




6.Strawberry Yogurt Ice Cream



150 g of strawberries

100 g of Yogurt

100 g of Whipped Cream

15 g of White Sugar



Step 1. Place strawberries and yogurt into a blender and turn them into a milkshake. Then, leave then in the refrigerator for later.


Step 2. Add white sugar to the whipped cream and beat with an electric whisk. Next, mix whipped cream and milkshake together.


Step 3. Cut the strawberry into small pieces and place it at the bottom layer of a mould. Then, pour the milkshake on top and place the strawberry pieces on the top.


Step 4. Place the mould in the refrigerator and allow it to freeze for 4 hours or more. After that, remove the frozen milkshake from the mould and the dessert is ready to be served.
