1.Stir-fried Green Beans with Pork Belly



250 g of Green Beans

100 g of Pork Belly

Step 1. Cut the pork belly into thin slices.

5.Ginger Flavoured Green Beans with Sesame

1 teaspoon of Salt

2 tablespoons of Cooked White Sesame Seeds



Step 1. Preheat the oven to 204 degrees Celsius. At the same time, heat up vegetable oil in a small pan.


Step 2. Add the thick red onion and stir fry for 12-15 minutes until it turns golden brown. Next, drain off excess oil.


Step 3. Place the green beans on a baking tray. Next, add some olive oil, sesame oil, ginger and salt. Mix evenly


Step 4. Bake the green beans in the oven for about 5-8 minutes until they are tender.


Step 5. Pour the green beans on a plate. Next sprinkle white sesame seeds and green onions on top.  The dish is now ready to be served.

6.Black Pepper Mushroom Green Beans


1360 g of Green Beans

2 tablespoons of Olive Oil

4 Fresh Thyme

2 large Onions

1 clove of Garlic

200 g of Mushrooms

100 g of Shiitake Mushrooms

Salt and Ground Black Pepper



Step 1. Boil 7.5 liters of water in a pot. Then, add the green beans and salt when the water is boiling. Stir well for about 8-9 minutes until the beans are soft.


Step 2. Take the kidney beans out and soak them in cold water, and drain the water for later use.


Step 3. Heat up a moderate amount of cooking oil in the frying pan. Next, switch the flame to medium-high. Then, add in the thyme and onion. Fry them until they are cooked and soft.


Step 4. Add shiitake mushrooms and garlic into the pan. Stir fry for 1 minute before adding in the mushrooms. Continue to stir fry until the mushrooms are soft.


Step 5. Add salt black pepper. Stir well and remove thyme from the pan.


Step 6. Add the green bean into the pan and stir evenly with the other ingredients over medium heat. The green beans are now ready to be served.
