1.Korean Kimchi Tofu Soup
Ingredients:
Onion
Garlic
Green pepper
Kimchi
Bean Sprouts
Korean Chili Sauce
Enoki Mushroom
Tofu
Directions:
Step 1. Shred the onion; Mince the garlic; Cut green pepper into sections.
Step 2. Heat up a moderate amount of oil in a pot. Next, add minced garlic and onion. Stir fry them until they turn fragrant. Then, add kimchi and bean sprouts and stir-fry
Step 3. Pour an appropriate amount of hot water, two tablespoons of Korean hot sauce and one tablespoon of light soy sauce into the pot. Mix well and bring it to a boil.
Step 4. When the soup is boiling, add the enoki mushrooms and tofu. Cook them for 5 minutes, before adding the green peppers. The soup is now ready to be served.
2.Tteok-bokki Fried Noodle
Ingredients:
Tteok-bokki
Instant Noodles
Carrots
Cabbage
Korean Hot Sauce
Directions:
Step 1. Wash the cabbage and cut them into small pieces; Shred the carrots. Set them aside for later use
Step 2. Place the Tteok-bokki in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Cook the noodles. When the noodles are cooked, take it out and rinse it with cold water. Then set aside for later.
Step 3. To make the seasoning sauce, mix one tablespoon of sugar, three tablespoons of light soy sauce, three tablespoons of hot sauce and half a bowl of water.
Step 4. Heat up some oil in a pan. Next, add in the carrots and cabbage. Stir-fry the ingredients until they are soft. Then, add Tteok-bokki and instant noodles in.
Step 5. Finally, pour the seasoning sauce and stir-fry evenly. The dish is now ready.
3. Korean Gimbap
Ingredients:
Multigrain Rice (Rice + Brown Rice + Black Rice)
Eggs
Spinach
Carrots
Beef
White Sesame Seeds
Seaweed
sushi radish sticks
Directions:
Step 1. Mix the multigrain rice well with a spoonful of sesame oil, white sesame seeds, a little salt.
Step 2. Beat the three eggs with salt. Cook the egg into a thick omelet and cut it into strips
Step 3. Blanch spinach in boiling water. Then, mix the spinach with light soy sauce and beef.
Step 4. Stir-fry carrots with oil in a pan.
Step 5. Marinate the beef with cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce. Then, stir-fry the beef until it is cooked.
Step 6. Spread a layer of rice on a piece of seaweed. Next, place the other ingredients on top one at a time and roll the seaweed up with the ingredients sandwiched in the middle.
4.Korean Cheese Hot Dog
Ingredients:
4 slices of Toast,
2 slices of Ham
2 eggs
1 bowl of Bread Crumbs
An appropriate amount of Mozzarella Cheese,
Tomato Paste
Salad Dressing
Directions:
Step 1. Place the cheese inside heat resistant pack and place the pack in boiling water to melt the cheese. Next, knead into the into a small ball for later use.
Step 2. Roll the toast up and cut it off the crumbs.
Step 3. Slice the ham in half. Skewer half a ham with a bamboo skewer and place a bunch of cheese on. Then, roll the skewered ham up with a piece of bread.
Step 4. Dip the rolled toast with egg and cover them in a layer of breadcrumbs. Then, fry them in a frying pan until they turn golden brown.
Step 5. Placed the fried hot dog on a plate and squeeze a generous amount ketchup and salad dressing on top. The hot dog is now ready to be eaten.
5.Korean Boiled Egg
Ingredients:
Eggs
Carrots
Cabbage
Spring Onions
Directions:
Step 1. Shred the carrots and cabbage; Chop the shallots.
Step 2. Beat eggs with cabbage, carrots, green onion and salt.
Step 3. Brush a layer of oil in a pan and switch the flame to low heat. Pour in an appropriate amount of beaten egg and fry.
Step 4. When the one side of the egg is fried, roll the egg up into an egg roll.
Step 5. Repeat Step 3 to 4 until you used up all the eggs.
Step 6. When all the egg rolls are done, cut them into small sections. Next, squeeze the salad dressing and tomato sauce on it. The dish is now ready.
