6. Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir fry to get the water out.

7. Add boiling water with creamy white sauce, light cream, pizza straw, black pepper and salt.

8. Continue to simmer. In this process, cook the pasta at the same time and then cook the pasta in a clean pot. You can pick it up in about 10 minutes and let it cool in water.

9. Simmer the creamy mushrooms for 20 minutes, then add the pasta.

2.Pasta with tomato red sauce

9. When cooking noodles, prepare a pot of cold water and put ice cubes in it.

10. Take out the cooked noodles and rinse with cold water, then soak them in ice water for 15 minutes

11. Remove and drain the water, then mix with olive oil to keep the noodles from sticking together.

3.Pasta with Green Sauce

4.Pasta with bacon and gratin

5. Pour in the cooked pasta, adjust the taste with salt and black pepper then turn off the heat when you feel satisfied

6. Pour in a beaten egg, stir well and serve.


5.Tomato seafood pasta

200 grams of pasta, shrimp, scallop meat, onion, purple cabbage, broccoli, bitter chrysanthemum



1. Dice the onion, purple cabbage, broccoli, and bitter chrysanthemum with a knife.
