1.Papaya Milk Jelly
Ingredients:
1 papaya
300ml fresh milk
5g rock sugar
15g isinglass powder
Directions:
Step 1. Heat gently and mix with fresh milk, rock sugar and isinglass powder.
Step 2. Cut the papaya in half, remove the seeds, and pour the fresh milk and fill the central cavity.
Step 3. Put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate for about 2 hours until it becomes solid. Cut the papaya into small slices and your dessert is ready to be served
2.Papaya and Snow Fungus Soup with Fresh Milk
Ingredients:
180g papaya
50g Crushed rock sugar
A moderate amount of snow fungus
1 and half cups of fresh milk or low-fat milk or skimmed milk
Directions:
Step 1. Soak the snow fungus with water first. After the snow fungus grows large, cut off the hard lumps at the bottom and finely slice them.
Step 2. Boil a pot of water. When the water starts to boil, add ginger slices to pot and stir the water for a while, then drain the water.
Step 3. Remove the seeds and skins of the red papaya, cut into thick pieces, put it in bowl of fresh milk (make sure it is at room temperature) with snow fungus, and add crushed rock sugar.
Step 4. Put the bowl into a steamer and let it steam for 45 minutes. Once that is done, the soup is ready to be served.
3.Papaya Sago TangYuan
Ingredients:
1 papaya
100ml milk
40g white sugar
40g sago
50g cooked mashed pumpkin
50g cooked mashed purple potato
100g glutinous rice flour
Directions:
Step 1. Prepare two 50 g portion of glutinous rice flour to each mashed pumpkins and mashed purple potatos. Next, add a moderate amount of water in rice flour with the mashed pumpkins to make an orange dough. Repeat the process with the mashed purple potatoes to make a purple dough.
Step 2. Knead the two doughs and roll them into round pellets. Set them aside for later use.
Step 3. Add 900 grams of water and 40 grams of sugar to the pot and boil on high heat. Add 40 grams of sago and cook until translucent.
Step 4. Add two-color glutinous rice balls and cook until it is nearly done. At the same time while cooking the coloured pallets, prepare to cut the papaya.
Step 5. Start by washing and peeling the papaya. Next, dig out the seeds inside and cut into small pieces.
Step 6. Put the papaya into the pot, then add 100 ml of milk. Cover the pot tightly and let it boils
Step 7. Once it boils, the dish is ready to be served.
4.Papaya Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
120g papaya
1 banana
240ml skimmed milk
240ml low-fat plain yogurt
Directions:
Step 1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend it until all there are no chunks of ingredients left.
Step 2. Pour the smoothie out and it is ready to be served. Alternatively, you may add chocolate syrup or whipped cream on the smoothie depending on your preferences.
5.Peach Gum Papaya Stew with Fresh Milk
Ingredients:
150g papaya (clean meat)
15g peach gum
400ml fresh milk
20g rock sugar
Directions:
Step 1. Soak the peach gum in clean water overnight. Pick out the impurities, keep it separate and set aside
Step 2. Fresh milk should be warmed up to room temperature in advance
Step 3. Peel the papaya and cut it into pieces
Step 4. Put all the ingredients into the stewing pot and let it simmer for 20 minutes and your dessert is ready to be served.
