1.Garlic Ribs


300g of spare ribs

2 tablespoons of minced garlic

1 spoon of cooking wine

1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

1 spoon of soy sauce

1 spoon of oyster sauce

1 tablespoon of salt

1 tablespoon of white granulated sugar

1 spoon of black pepper



1. Chop the ribs into small pieces, wash and drain thoroughly.

2. Add in all the ingredients and seasonings in the dish, seal it with plastic wrap, and marinate for 4 hours.

3. Pour in dry starch and stir evenly so that each rib is evenly coated with a layer of starch.

4. Pour oil into the pot and heat it over high heat. When the oil is 80% hot, add in the ribs. After frying for 20 seconds, change to medium and small fire and continue frying for about 2-3 minutes to remove and drain the oil.

2.Braised ribs


200g of ribs

200ml of water

10g of rock sugar

1 tablespoon of oil

2 chives

3 slices of ginger

4 grams of cinnamon

1 star anise

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

1 tablespoon of Huadiao wine



1. Boil water in the pot and add in the chopped ribs. Pick up, wash and drain the blood water and set it aside.

2. Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pot, boil rock sugar on low heat until it becomes dark brown in color.

3. Add in the ribs and fry until they are evenly colored

4. Pour 200ml of water into the pot (the amount of water is just under the ribs) and add in all the seasonings.

5.After boiling under the high heat, transfer the ribs and the sauce to a small deep pot, cover and simmer for 60 minutes

6. When the water is about 1/3 left, remove the cinnamon, ginger, chives and star anise.

7.Continue to cook until the ribs can be easily poked with chopsticks

8. Turn to high heat and cook the sauce and your done.

3.Cola Ribs


350g of spare ribs

200ml of Coke

Stir-fried white sesame seeds

Moderate Amount of oil

Light soy sauce


1. Soak the ribs in clean water in advance for several times. Change the water to remove as much blood as possible;

2. Heat up the oil pan and fry the lower ribs on both sides.

3. Pour in the cola, turn to low heat and cook slowly after boiling. (You can add a little light soy sauce to add taste and color).

4. Cook for about 20-30 minutes, when the cola is almost dry; you can add coriander and stir well, or leave it alone, and let the sauce dry on high heat.

5. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds to decorate before serving.


4.Spicy Steamed Pork Ribs


300g of pork ribs

1 tablespoon of Lee Kum Kee’s spicy sauce


1 chili

1 clove of minced garlic

1 teaspoon of salt

Vegetable oil

Cooking wine


Sesame oil


1. Wash the pork ribs to remove blood.

2. Then marinate with tempeh, chili, garlic, a little salt, oil, Lee Kum Kee’s spicy sauce, wine, vinegar, and sesame oil for 15 minutes;

3. After marinating the ribs for 15 minutes, add a little cornstarch and stir well;

4. Put the prepared marinated ribs in a container and put it on a steamer. After boiling the water, turn to medium heat and steam for about 20 minutes;

5. Sprinkle chopped green onion and sesame seeds before serving.


5.Korean Cheese Ribs


300g of ribs

Moderate amount of Mozzarella Cheese

Half an onion

Half an apple

5 garlic cloves

2 spoons of cooking wine

2 tablespoons of light soy sauce

1 spoon of oyster sauce

1 spoon of honey

1 tablespoon of Korean hot sauce



1. Crushed the apple and onion in a blender, add the prepared seasoning and mix well

2. Wash the ribs, add them with seasoning, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight

3. Put oil in the pan and fry the ribs until it turns golden on both sides

4. Add the seasoning for the marinated ribs, add a small amount of water. Boil and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat, and then collect the sauce

5. Place the ribs to the side of the pot, add in a lot of Mozzarella cheese, and simmer until the cheese melts.



6. Steamed Pork Ribs in Sauce


300g of Fresh pork ribs

5 garlic cloves

A spoonful of tempeh

Soy sauce, oil, white wine, sugar, salt, cornstarch, oyster sauce, red pepper



1. Wash the ribs and let them dry. Chop garlic and Mince tempeh.

2. Add in salt, sugar, oil, cornstarch (more), soy sauce, oyster sauce. Stir evenly and refrigerate for more than two hours.

3. Boil the water in the pot and steam for 18 minutes. (If there are too many ribs, it will take longer, and if there are less ribs, the time will be reduced).

4. Don’t remove the lid after steaming, wait for about 5 minutes. Your dish is done.

7. Sweet and sour pork ribs


500g of ribs


2 green onions

3 slices of ginger

4 garlic cloves

Sauce ratio (12345):

1 spoon of cooking wine

2 tablespoons of soy sauce

3 spoons of sugar

4 tablespoons of rice vinegar

5 tablespoons of water


1..Boil the ribs with green onion and ginger and cooking wine until the water changes color.

2. Heat oil in a pan and fry until the surface turns slightly yellow.

3. Pour the sauce into the pot and stir fry for three minutes. Pour in a bowl of boiling water, simmer first on low heat, and turn it to high heat to collect the sauce. Taste the amount of salt before you add it in the pot.
4. Add in chopped green onion before serving.
