1.Classic Italian Pasta Bolognese

1 Peel the tomato and cut into small pieces. Then, cut the onion into small pieces.
2 Add a spoonful of salt to the boiling water, cook the pasta for ten minutes before removing.
3 Melt a small piece of butter in a pot under medium-low heat. Then, add in the minced meat and stir-fry until the the color changes.
4 Melt a small piece of butter over medium-low heat, add in minced garlic with onion and sauté until fragrant. Then, add in the tomatoes and stir-fry until the tomatoes are soften.
5 Add in 3 tablespoons of tomato paste with a bowl of water and cook until the tomatoes are soften and ready.
6 Add in minced beef with a spoonful of salt, sprinkle some black pepper and stir-fry evenly. Place together and stir evenly.
2.Three-color Fusilli Pasta with Cheese and Ham

1 Bring the water to a boil with salt and oil to cook the pasta.
2 Blanch the broccoli again and remove the water.
3 Slice the ham and fry the ham on both sides with oil in a pan.
4 Pour in half a carton of milk, add in cheese slices and cook until the sauce has thicken. Add in salt and black pepper and mix well.
5 Pour the pasta with the sauce and stir-fry well.
3.Pasta with Avocado and Ham
1 Boil the pasta first.
2 Cut the avocado into pieces, add in half of the milk and beat together into a milk sauce with a food processor.
3 Place the butter in a hot pan to melt and put in the fragrant ham.
4 Add in the avocado cream sauce and milk and cook until the sauce thickens.
5 Add in the cooked pasta with black pepper and stir well.
4.Classic Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin Pasta
Beef, pasta, onion, green and red pepper, black pepper, starch, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce
1 Start by marinating the beef: Add in black pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of starch, 1 teaspoon of cooking oil and marinate for 15 minutes.
2 Boil the pasta in water, add in 1 tablespoon of salt and cook for about 8 minutes.
3 Time to adjust the black sauce: Add in black pepper, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons of starch and a small amount of water and mix well.
4 Heat up the beef in a pan and stir fry until the color changes.
5 Then add in the green, red pepper and onion and stir-fry. Lastly, add in the beef and pasta and add in the black pepper sauce. Stir-fry evenly and you can enjoy once you’re done.
5.Pasta with Pumpkin, Mushroom and Shrimp
Pasta, pumpkin, mushrooms, potatoes, milk, minced garlic, cooking wine, black pepper
1 Remove the shrimp from their shells. Add in cooking wine with black pepper and marinate for 10 minutes.
2 Sliced and Steamed the pumpkin and potatoes. Then put in the wall breaker and add in milk to be mash into puree for later use.
3 After the water has boiled, add in the pasta and cook for 10 minutes before removing.
4 Pour oil in a pot. Add in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
5 Add in mushrooms and fry until they soften. Add in the shrimps and fry until their colors change.
6 Add in the pumpkin puree with pasta and stir well. Lastly, add in salt and black pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.
