1.Wavy Potato Chips
A tablespoon of BBQ Seasoning
1 tablespoon of Cumin Powder
1 tablespoon of Chili Powder
Half a teaspoon of Salt
Half a tablespoon of ground black pepper
1 tablespoon of Cooking Oil
1 Wash the potatoes and peel them. Next, use a crinkle knife to cut the potatoes into crinkle slices. Then, soak them in clean water to wash off the starch.
2 Heat up a pot of water and a little salt. Next, blanch the potatoes. After the water boils, take the potatoes out and drain off the water.
3 Put the potato chips into a bowl. Then, add in cooking oil, barbecue powder, cumin powder, and chili powder.
4 Shake the bowl until that all the chips are covered in an even layer of seasoning powder.
5 Place it in the oven and bake them at a temperature of 200 degrees for 20 minutes. When it is done baking, the chips will be crispy golden and is ready to be served.

3 medium Potatoes
1 scoop of Cumin Powder
1 tablespoon of grounded Black Pepper,
1 tablespoon of Salt,
1 tablespoon of Chili Powder
10g of Corn Oil
1 Peel the potatoes. Then, wash and cut them into triangles. Next, place them in a fresh-keeping bag with all the seasonings in, Knead them evenly.
2 After that, place the potatoes evenly on a baking tray lined with greased paper. Preheat the oven first. Later, bake the potatoes in oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
3 Finally, the baked potatoes are ready to be served.
4.Crispy Cheese Fries
150g of Peeled Potatoes
100g of Shredded Cheese
180g of Potato Starch
105g of Butter
40g of Sugar
3g of Salt
1 Slice and steam the potatoes. Next, add softened butter in with the potatoes and mash them into a puree. Then, mix well with potato starch, salt and sugar. After that, add cheese and knead the puree to form a dough.
2 Roll the dough into sections and cut into cubes. Then, place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Next, take them out and cut them into strips.
3 Place them on a baking and preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Then, place them in the oven and bake them for 25 minutes. After that, the dish is ready to be served

4 Add a little salt, a whole can of Coke, 4-5 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine. Cook the whole dish for about 3-5 minutes on high heat
5 Cook until the sauce thickens. Then, sprinkle some sesame seeds and the dish is ready to be served.
