1.Steamed Loofah with Garlic



2 loofah 

1 Vermicelli,

1 Soak the vermicelli in water until it softens.


2 Mince the garlic and mix well with the chopped pepper.


3 Peel the loofah and cut into strips.


4 Place the soaked vermicelli into the bottom of the bowl and then add in the chopped loofah strips.

1 Blanch the vermicelli in hot water until they soften.


2 Cut baby cabbages into large pieces, mince garlic and set aside.


3 Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Then, add a moderate amount of oil and salt. Next, blanch the baby cabbage for one minute and set it aside for later use.


4 Arrange the baby cabbages neatly on the plate.


5 Place the vermicelli at the centre of the plate.


6 Heat up a moderate amount of oil in a pot. Then, add minced garlic and stir fry until they become fragrant. Next, add a little salt and sugar. Stir evenly and take them out.


7 Add the fried garlic to the vermicelli.


8 Place the chopped chili on the garlic.


9 Steam the whole plate of ingredients for five minutes.


10 After that, drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce, hot oil and chopped chives. The dish is now ready to be served.



4.Steamed Enoki Mushroom with Chopped Pepper

1 Add 4 tablespoons of chopped peppers, a moderate amount of minced garlic, and half a tablespoon of sugar into a bowl. Then, mix well and set aside.


2 Remove the roots of Flammulina velutipes, then clean it and place it on a plate.


3 Place the mixed chopped peppers on top of enoki mushrooms.


4 Steam the whole plate of enoki mushrooms for 5 minutes on high heat.


5 Take the steamed enoki mushrooms out of the pot and pour out the excess soup in the plate. Next, pour in a moderate amount of steamed fish soy sauce, hot oil and chopped green onions. The dish is now ready to be served,



5.Steamed Eggplant


2 long Eggplants

A moderate amount of Garlic

1 Red Pepper 

1 Green Pepper

A moderate amount of chives



1 Wash the eggplant and cut into long strips.


2 Steam the eggplant for 10 minutes on high heat until the eggplant becomes soft. Then, take it out and leave it to cool.


3 Mince the red pepper, green pepper, chives, and garlic separately. Then, set aside.


4 Heat up a moderate amount of cooking oil into the pot. Then, add the minced garlic in the pot and stir-fry until they become fragrant. Next, add the red and green peppers into the pot and stir-fry evenly.


5 To make the sauce, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of salt, 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, a small amount of chicken essence, and a small amount of sesame oil in the pot. Switch off the flame after the sugar and salt have melted.


6 Drizzle the sauce on the eggplant strips and sprinkle chopped green onion on top. Then, the dish is ready to be served
