1.Scrambled Eggs with Double Peppers

Ingredients:

4 eggs, 2 hot peppers, 2 spoons of chopped peppers

 

Steps:

1 Chop the peppers and beat the eggs.

2 Place the chopped peppers and chopped peppers into the egg mixture.

3 Put in half a tablespoon of salt and 10 ml of water into the egg mixture and then stir well.

4 Pour oil into a pot to heat, then pour the whole bowl of egg liquid into the pot

5 Stir fry until the eggs are solidified and the peppers are slightly softened, then turn off the heat. Then pour a few drops of sesame oil and serve on a plate.

2.Scrambled Eggs with Spinach

Ingredients:

1 spinach, half carrot, 2 eggs, a few mushrooms, green onion, ginger and garlic

 

Steps:

1 Beat the eggs, cut the spinach into sections. Slice the carrots, mushrooms and mince the green onion, ginger and garlic for later use.

2 Pour water into a pot to boil, then place in the spinach, carrots and mushrooms into the pot and blanch for 30 seconds. Then, remove them and put them in cold water.

3 Pour oil into a pan to heat, then pour the egg mixture into the pan and fry until it is set and ready for use.

4 Pour oil into the pot, add in the green onion, ginger and minced garlic. When the oil is hot, stir fry for a fragrance

5 Then drain the spinach, carrots and shiitake mushrooms into the pot and stir-fry evenly.

6 Put the eggs in the pot, then add 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, chicken essence and sesame oil. Stir them evenly and turn off the heat

 

3.Fried tofu with Scrambled egg

Ingredients:

1 piece of marinated tofu, 4 eggs and chives.

 

Steps:

1 Crush the tofu and beat the eggs.

2 Pour oil into a pot. After the oil is hot, place the tofu into the pot and stir-fry evenly. Then add in 1 tablespoon of salt and white pepper

3 Pour the egg liquid into the pot.

4 Stir-fry until the egg mixture and tofu are fused together and become set, then sprinkle in chopped green onion and with drizzle sesame oil.

 

4.Scrambled Eggs with Leek

Ingredients:

100 grams of leeks, 3 or 4 eggs.

 

Steps:

1 Wash the leeks and cut them into 1 cm long pieces each

2 Place the leeks in a large bowl, then add in the eggs with 1 tablespoon of salt and about 15 ml of water. Stir well

3 Pour  oil into a pot to heat and then pour the egg liquid into the pot.

4 Fry until the eggs are set and mature, then pour a few drops of sesame oil and stir fry evenly.

 

5.Scrambled Eggs with Fungus

Ingredients:

1 Tear the soaked fungus into small pieces. Slice the carrots, beat the eggs, mince the green onion, ginger and garlic for later use.

2 Pour water into a pot to boil, then put the fungus and carrot slices in the pot and blanch for 2-3 minutes.

3 After blanching, remove and put in cold water. After cooling, remove it again and drain the water for later use.

4 Pour oil into the pot. After the oil is hot, place the egg mixture into the pot and fry the egg quickly until the egg is solidified. Then add in the scallion, ginger, garlic and stir fry to get a fragrance.

5 Place the fungus and carrot slices in the pot, then add in half a spoon of salt, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of water and chicken essence. Stir evenly and turn off the heat.
