1.Sweet Butter Baby Cabbages
500g Baby Cabbages
1 and a half tablespoons of butter
1/2 tablespoon Knorr brand chicken powder
1 tablespoon of Cornstarch
80ml of Water
Step 1. After washing baby cabbage, separate the leaves by hand. Set it aside;
Step 2. Heat a little oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add baby cabbage,100 ml of water, and cook it for 3 minutes.
Step 3. When the baby cabbage starts to soften, add Knorr brand chicken noodles and stir well;
Step 4. Add butter, cook it until it melt. Then, add the baby cabbage in and mix well.
Step 5. Add cornstarch and water into the pan then stir fry a short while. Pour it on a plate and the dish is ready to be served.
2.Baby Cabbage and Tomato Scramble Eggs.
500g baby cabbage
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of chicken essence
A tablespoon of sugar
Step 1. Beat the eggs with salt and chicken essence until it becomes foamy. Next, pour the eggs into a pan and cook them until they are done. Once they are cooked, remove them from the pan and set them aside for now.
Step 2. Cut the tomatoes, baby cabbages into small pieces.
Step 3. Heat up oil in a pan. Once it boils, add the garlic into the pan and fry.
Step 4. Add the cut vegetables in with the garlic and continue to stir fry them until they become soft. You may add in a little bit of water to help with the cooking process.
Step 5. Lastly, add the cooked eggs and continue to fry the dish. Add additional salt, sugar and chicken essence for a stronger taste. Once all the seasoning and ingredients are evenly mixed together, your dish is now ready to be served.
3.XO Grilled Scallops Baby Cabbages
200g Baby Cabbages
1 diced ham
3 tablespoons XO scallop sauce
1 clove garlic
Step 1. First, put the diced garlic and ham into the hot oil pan and cook it until it becomes fragrant.
Step 2. Put the washed and cut cabbages into the pot and add water. Pour the scallop sauce on top, cover the pot and let it simmer over medium heat.
Step 3. Serve the baby cabbage. Your dish is now ready to be served.
4.Stir-fried Baby Cabbages with Sesame Oil and Ginger
200g baby cabbage
Moderate amount of ginger (slice)
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of goji berries
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice wine
Step 1. Shred the ginger and slice the baby cabbage. Next, wash the goji berries and set it aside for later use.
Step 2. Pour sesame oil and ginger in a pan, then stir fragrant ginger on low heat until the ginger shrinks.
Step 3. Add rice wine and goji berries with a little water. Then, stir-fry the baby cabbages on medium-high heat. Once it starts to become translucent, season the dish with a pinch of salt. You can now immediately pour it on a plate and it is ready to be served.
5.Fragrant Mushrooms Shrimp Baby Cabbages Dish
300g baby cabbages (cut into thick slices)
3 pieces of shiitake mushrooms
150 g of fresh shrimp
1 slice of garlic
A moderate amount of water
A moderate amount of cornstarch water
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of MSG
A moderate amount of pepper
Step 1.Remove the shells of the shrimps, then wash them and set them aside for later use. Next, wash and cut baby cabbage into thick slices, then boil them for a while. After that, wash and slice the raw shiitake mushrooms into pieces and set them aside for later use.
Step 2.Preheat some oil in a pan, then add in the garlic and stir fry until they start to become fragrant. Next, add the mushrooms in and also fry until fragrant. After that, add the baby vegetables, shrimp balls and peppers into the pan.
Step 3.Add a little bit of water into the pan with the salt and MSG for seasoning. After seasoning the dish, add some cornstarch to thicken the sauce. Your dish is now ready to be served.
