1.Lazy Man Tomato Rice
1 Wash the white rice. Then, mix the rice with water, black pepper powder and olive oil in the rice cooker.
2 Wash the tomatoes, cut a cross on the top of the tomato. Then, place it in the middle of the white rice.
3 Dice carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and sausages. Next, place all the side dishes around the tomatoes. Then, cook the whole dish in the rice cooker.
4 Crack an egg into the rice cooker. Then, sprinkle chopped green onion and drizzle soy sauce. Next, cover and let the dish simmer for another minute.
5 Uncover the lid and scramble the tomatoes and egg. The egg will fall into the cross-cut tomato as it loosens. The dish is now ready to be served
2.Pumpkin Sausage Braised Rice
1 Wash the rice. Next, place the rice in the rice cooker with a moderate amount of water and a small amount of cooking oil.
2 Dice sausage and pumpkin. Then, place them all in the rice cooker with add 3 spoons of cooking oil. Then, cook them.
3 Next, add the peas in when the rice is nearly cooked and cook them for 2 minutes.
4 Stir well before eating.
3.Braised Rice with Ribs
1 Wash and chop the ribs into small pieces. Next, marinate them with a little salt, 5 ml of cooking wine and 5 ml of light soy sauce for about 20 minutes.
2 Peel the carrots and cut into cubes; Cut the mushrooms into cubes; Cut the white garlic into small pieces, wash the chives and cut into chopped green onions, set them aside for later.
3 Heat up a pot, add in peanut oil and marinated ribs. Next, fry them over low flames until they turn golden. Then, take them out and set aside.
4 Wash the rice twice and drain off excess water. Then, pour the washed rice, carrots, mushrooms and fried pork ribs,
5 Add in the chopped green onions, 5ml of sugar, cooking wine, 5ml light soy sauce,5ml dark soy sauce and a moderate amount of water. Mix them evenly
6 Cover the rice cooker and cook the dish until they become fragrant.
4.Stewed Rice with Mushrooms and Soy Sauce Chicken
Dried Shiitake Mushrooms
1 To make the seasoning, mix the light soy sauce, cooking oil, sesame oil, honey and dark soy sauce. Next, soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in water before cutting them into cubes. Then, marinate the mushrooms in the seasoning for 10 minutes.
2 Cut the chicken legs into sections. Next, marinate them with 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce for 1 hour.
3 Wash the rice. Place the rice into the rice cooker with water, sausage, marinated mushrooms and drumsticks. Then, turn on the rice cooker and leave it to be cooked. When it is done the dish is ready to be served.
5.Potato Sausage Braised Rice
1 Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes; Cut the sausages into even slices; Cut the onions into small pieces for later use.
2 Pour a moderate amount of oil into a pan. Then, use the pan sauté the onions and garlic on low heat. Next, add the potatoes and stir fry well. After that, add the sausage and fry.
3 Add bean paste, oil consumption, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and a small amount of salt.
4 Add a moderate amount of water to the rice cooker and add the fried ingredients into the rice cooker. Cook them. After that, the dish is ready to be served.
