4.Avocado Penne Noodles

900ml of water



1 Slice the shallots; Mince the ginger, garlic, and enoki mushrooms.


2 Add sesame oil, ginger, garlic into a pan. Stir fry well. Then, add Korean chili and ground beef. Stir well


3 Next, pour the shallots and enoki mushrooms into the dish. Stir fry well before adding in oyster sauce and sugar. Then, mix evenly.


4 To make the soup for the dish, add water to the soup pot, add chicken seasoning powder, soy sauce, and sesame paste. Stir well and bring it to a boil.


5 Add the cooked noodles and the fried ingredients from earlier. Finally, add in the soup and the dish is ready to be served.
