1.Homemade Omelette

Ingredients:

200g all-purpose Flour

450ml cold water

1 tbsp starch 

A pinch of Salt, 

2 tablespoon of Salad Oil

1 Egg

Chopped Spring Onion

 

Steps:

1 Mix flour, cold water, starch, salt, and salad oil together. Stir well. Leave it to settle for  15 minutes

 

2 Heat up a small amount of oil on a pan. Then, pour in a tablespoon of batter and spread evenly out to make the dough.

 

3 After the dough has solidified, beat in an egg and cook it similar to how you would cook a pancake. Use a spatula to spread and evenly cover the dough in egg mixture.

 

4 Roll the cake up when the egg liquid has hardened slightly, be sure to roll it up before the egg liquid has completely solidified so that it can be wrapped into a shape.

 

5 After rolling the egg up, fry it again on low heat until it turns golden. Then, take it out and cut it into small pieces before serving.

 

 

2.Potato Cake

Ingredients:

300g of Potatoes

300g of Water 

200g of Flour

3g of Salt

 

Steps:

1 Peel the potatoes and cut them into shred. Then, place the potato shred into the water as soon as possible to prevent the potatoes from discolouring.

 

2 Add 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of curry powder, and 3g of salt to the potato shreds to give it more flavour.

 

3 Add flour and mix well until it turns into a batter. Then, add some chives and mix well.

 

4 Heat up 1 teaspoon of oil in a hot pan. Then, spread evenly a moderate amount of batter and heat on medium heat for 3 minutes.

 

5 Flip the cake over and continue to heat for another 3 minutes until the potato cakes turn golden and ripe.

 

 

3.Tomato Ham Omelette

Ingredients:

3 Eggs

Half a Tomato 

¼ of an Onion 

A slice of Ham

A pinch of Salt 

A pinch of Pepper

 

Steps:

1 Crack the eggs into a bowl.

 

2 Dice tomatoes, onions, and ham.

 

3 Heat up a moderate amount of oil in a pan. Then, use it to saute the onion over medium heat until they turn fragrant.

 

4 Add the diced tomatoes and ham. Continue to fry them until they turn fragrant.

 

5 Pour in the egg mixture and cook until the egg mixture turns slightly solid. Next, roll up the egg cake and continue to fry it until they turn golden brown. Finally, cut it into sections and the dish is ready to be served.

 

 

4.French Toast

Ingredients:

 

4 slices of Toast

A moderate amount of Jam 

2 Eggs

125ml of Fresh Milk

 

Steps:

 

1 Beat the eggs and mix them with fresh milk to form the mixture. Then. set it aside for later use.

 

2 After removing the sides of the toast, spread an even layer of jam on top. Place the second slice on top to make a sandwich. Then, cut them into triangles. After that, cover them in fresh milk and egg liquid.

 

3 Heat up a moderate amount of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Next, switch to medium-low heat, then place the soaked toast into the pan and fry.

 

4 Sprinkle some powdered sugar or mix with honey before serving.

 

 

5.Steamed Golden Bun

Ingredients:

2 Steamed Buns 

2 Eggs, 

Cooking Oil

Salt

 

Steps:

1 Beat the eggs with a little salt and cut the steamed buns into slices of about 1 cm.

 

2 Soak the steamed bun slices in the egg liquid for a few seconds and coat it with a layer of egg liquid evenly.

 

3 Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan and put the steamed bun slices in.

 

4 Fry on medium-low heat until golden on both sides.

 

 

 

  1. Toasted Cheese Bread

Ingredients:

2 slices of Toast

2 Egg Yolks, 

100g of Cream Cheese 

20g of Powdered Sugar

 

Steps:

1 Cut the toasts and place them on a baking tray, Next, preheat the oven to180 degrees celsius.

 

2 Steam the cream cheese before stirring them smoothly.

 

3 Next, mix the cream cheese well with the powdered sugar and egg yolk.

 

4 Spread cheese and mayonnaise on top of the toasts.

 

5 Place the tray in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes. The tray is then ready to be served.

 

 

7.Oatmeal with Fruit and Milk

Ingredients:

Oatmeal

Banana

Apple

Fresh Milk

Raisins

 

Steps:

1 Cooked oatmeal in half a cup of boiling water.

 

2 Peel the banana and slice it; Dice the apple.

 

3 Add fresh milk to the oatmeal and mix well. Next, add bananas, apples, and raisins to the mix. The dish is now ready to be served.
