1.Original egg pie

Ingredients:

140g of plain flour, 190g of  water, 3 eggs, 2g of salt, 2 spring onions, oil

 

Steps:

1 Put flour in a bowl and beat in 1 egg.

2 Add water to make the egg batter. Then, add in salt and mix well.

3 Wash and chop the shallots, beat the remaining 2 eggs for later use (you can also directly beat the eggs on the cake).

4 Pour oil into a pan an d heat up on low heat.

5 Pour in the egg batter and wait for the surface of the batter to solidify.

6 Pour in an the beaten egg liquid. (You can directly beat the eggs on top and spread them evenly with a spatula.)

7 Sprinkle chopped chives on the surface and turn over after the egg liquid has solidified.

8 After a while, roll up, turn off the heat and cut off. (You can also brush your favorite sauce, add your favorite vegetables and meat.)

2.Potato cake

Ingredients:

300g of potatoes, 200g of flour, 20g of chives, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of curry powder, 3 salt, 300g of water

 

Steps:

1 Peel the potatoes and chop into filaments. Wash and chop the chives.

2 Add 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of curry powder and 3 grams of salt to the potato shreds.

3 Add flour and mix into a uniform paste.

4 Add some chives to the batter and mix well.

3.Traditional muffins

Ingredients:

100g of low-gluten flour, 1 egg (about 45-50g), 10g of corn oil, 1g of salt, 15g of fine sugar, 5g of baking powder, 105g of milk

 

Steps:

1 Place low powder, sugar, baking powder and salt in a cooking bowl.

2 Stir evenly and set aside.

3 Pour the eggs, milk, and oil into a bowl and stir evenly until no oil is visible.

4 Sift the powder into the liquid.

5 Stir evenly with egg . Leave for 10-20 minutes.

6 Place oil in a non-stick pan and wipe it with paper.

4.Ham quiche

Ingredients:

50g of flour, 125g of water, 1 egg, salt, 1 teaspoon of cooked sesame seeds, sliced ​​ham

 

Steps:

1 Mix 50 grams of flour and 125 grams of water to form a batter.

2 Heat up the pan with  oil, pour in the batter and spread it into a thin layer with a spatula.

3 Beat an egg on top of the cake, poke the egg yolk with a spatula and spread it out into a circle.

4 Sprinkle some fine salt and some cooked sesame seeds before the egg liquid has coagulated.

5 Turn over and spread ham slices.

6 Fold until the dough turns golden brown, then fold the two sides toward the middle.

7 Cut it from the middle and place it on the plate.

5.Potato and Egg Custard

Ingredients:

1 potato, 1 carrot, 1 egg, 50g of flour,  water, 3 shallots, salt

 

Steps;

1 Prepare the ingredients. Crushing carrots will produce water so the water should be added. (Don’t add too much)

2 Wash the carrots and potatoes, peel and cut them into small pieces and chopped the green onions.

3 Pour the potatoes, carrots, eggs, flour, and water into the wall breaker/blender/cooking machine and stir

4 After pouring out, add in salt and chopped green onion.

5 Add in oil to a pan, scoop a tablespoon of the batter and fry it over low heat.
