1.Fried Udon with Black Pepper and Shrimp
Ingredients:
1 pack of Udon noodles
10 shrimps
1 green and red pepper
20g of shredded onion
1 ham
Steps:
1 Add Shrimp with half a spoon of cooking wine, half a spoon of pepper, half a spoon of light soy sauce to marinate.
2 Bring the Udon noodles to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes, remove the cold water and set aside.
3 Heat the oil in the pan and add in the shredded onion and sauté until it has fragrant. Add the shrimp and fry until it changes color, then pour the green red pepper and the ham and stir fry evenly
4 Stir the Udon noodles with 1 spoon of oyster sauce, light soy sauce,1/2 spoon of dark soy sauce, black pepper powder and 1 spoon of black pepper sauce. Stir them evenly.
2.Sukiyaki Udon
Ingredients:
200g of Udon noodles
170g of Beef slices
70g of Konjac silk knot
20g of Chopped green onion
40g of salt soy sauce
7g of Sugar
15g of Mirin
1 raw egg
Steps:
1 Without turning on the heat, add in soy sauce, sugar and mirin into the pan and stir well.
2 Then, turn to medium heat. Add in the beef slices, and cook until the beef slices change color. Then, put in the konjac shreds and simmer it with about 100g of water on low heat
3 At the same time, add water to boil in another pot. Boil a bag of Udon noodles, turn off the heat and drain the water when finished.
4 Put the cooked Udon noodles into the same pot as the beef and cook for 2 minutes. Collect the sauce and serve.
5 Fill it in a bowl, add in a raw egg, and serve with chopped green onion as you like!
3.Beef Udon with Tomato
Ingredients:
1 pack of Udon noodles
Beef
1 tomato
3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
1 spoon of soy sauce
1 spoon of oyster sauce
0.5 tablespoon of old vinegar
Steps:
1. Cut the bottom of the tomato with a cross knife, then insert a chopstick into the head, and roast it over fire to remove the skin more quickly. Diced the peeled tomatoes.
2 Raise a pot to boil water, boil the water and put in the beef rolls which immediately remove the color. Set aside the water for later use.
3 Heat the oil in a pan, add some chopped green onions and sauté until is has fragrant, then pour in the chopped tomatoes
4 Turn the heat to low and stir-fry the tomatoes for a short while. Add 3 spoons of ketchup, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce (soup) and continue to stir for a while, then add water.
5️ Add salt that suits your taste, a pinch of pepper and 0.5 tablespoon of old vinegar to the soup.
6 Add in the beef and cook for a while
7 Put the Udon noodles in again but don’t stir it immediately to let it boil by itself.
8 Done!
4. Japanese Curry Udon
Ingredients:
1 pack of Udon noodles
1 slice of chicken (cut into pieces)
1 potato (peeled and cut into pieces)
1/2 carrot (peel and cut into pieces)
1/2 onion (shredded)
1 tablespoon of Minced garlic
1 packet of Japanese curry
Clear water
Steps:
1 Heat a pot of water and cook the Udon noodles for about 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2 Put the potatoes and diced carrots in water, cook for about 4 minutes or until it is half cooked. Drain and set aside.
3 Heat a pan and add oil, and sauté the onion and garlic.
4 Add potatoes, diced carrots and chicken pieces, and fry until the chicken turns white.
5 Pour in water and submerge the ingredients. Add Japanese curry cubes and press until it dissolves.
6 Cook over medium-low heat until the curry sauce gradually thickens, and then pour the Udon noodles into the pot.
7 When the curry sauce has dried to the desired consistency, turn off the heat and serve.
5. Fried Udon with Soy Sauce
Ingredients:
1 pack of Udon noodles
Green vegetables
2 eggs
1 spoon of soy sauce
1 spoon of oyster sauce
3g of Pepper
Steps:
1 Peel the green vegetables and clean them. Beat the eggs and add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan to heat. Pour in the egg liquid and stir-fry with a spatula or chopsticks. Then, set it aside.
2 Boil the Udon noodles for 2 minutes, remove the cold water and drain the water. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pot and pour in the minced garlic and sauté until it has fragrant, then pour in the vegetables and stir fry.
3 Then add the Udon noodles and stir fry together. Add 1 spoonful of oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and pepper, stir fry until it has color. Pour the eggs and stir fry them before serving.
