3. Female ginseng Congee
4 slices of female ginseng

A small handful of red beans
A small handful of red kidney beans

4.Female ginseng Chicken Noodle Soup

5.Stewed Lean Pork with female ginseng and Wolfberry
50g of Lean meat
5g of female ginseng
4 red goji berries
Very small amount of salt (add after)
1 Finely chop the lean meat and female ginseng and put it into a stew pot. After washing the wolfberry and jujube, add them in at the same time.
2 Put it in a pressure cooker and let it simmer for an hour . (Simmering time is longer so put in enough water in the pot)
3 The amount of soup is to your preference (1 or 2 bowl). Because of the stew, the amount of soup will not be lost, so add as much as you want
4 Add a small amount of salt to enhance the flavor and eat it while it is hot!
