1.Mushroom with Pork slices



5 mushrooms

100g of Pork Slices

Green chilies


Cooking Wine

Soy Sauce







Step 1. Separately cut the mushrooms and green peppers into slices. Next, slice the pork season it with salt, soy sauce and starch. Then, cut onions and ginger into slices.


Step 2. Cook the pork slices in a pan with some cooking oil.


Step 3. Stir fry the onion and ginger. Once they start to become fragrant, add mushroom slices, green pepper slices, meat slices, cooking wine, salt and soy sauce. Stir-fry evenly


Step 4. Add MSG to tweak the taste to your preference. The dish is ready to be served.

2.Braised Mushroom



500g of Mushrooms

1 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce

1 tablespoon of Lee Kum Kee Braised Sauce

1 teaspoon of Sugar

A pinch of pepper

Chopped green onion



Step 1. Wash and slice mushrooms. Next, cook them in boiling water. Once they are done, set them aside.


Step 2. Preheat a pan with some olive oil. Next, add the sliced mushrooms and stir fry for a while, before adding the oyster sauce. Mix and stir well.


Step 3. Add braised sauce, sugar and pepper into the pan. Next, pour an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.


Step 4. Switch the flame to medium and cook it until the sauce thickens. Finally, sprinkle some diced chives and your dish is ready to be served.



3.Potatoes and Mushroom




Minced garlic

Sliced ginger


Soy Sauce



Step 1. Cut the potatoes cut into thick and chunky pieces.


Step 2 Put the minced garlic and ginger slices in a preheated pot with oil. Fry them until they become become fragrant, then add potatoes and fry


Step 3 Drizzle a moderate amount of soy sauce and sprinkle pepper


Step 4 Add a little water to cover and cook it for a while


Step 5 When the mushrooms are half-cooked, stop stir-frying them. Let mushrooms simmer for a while before removing them from the pan. The dish is now ready to be served.


4.Mushroom and Tofu



200g of Tofu

150g of Mushrooms


Spring Onion

Soy sauce


Chilli powder





Step 1. Cut the tofu into 0.5 cm thick slices. Next, cut the mushrooms and ginger into slices and set them aside for later.


Step 2. Heat up a pot with oil. Then, fry the mushrooms until the water dries up. Next, deep-fry the tofu until it turns completely yellow. Remove the mushroom and set them aside for later.


Step 3. Drain the oil but leave some in the pan. Next, toss the scallions and ginger slices into the pan and fry them until they turn fragrant. After that, add the fried tofu and mushrooms back into the pan.  Add an appropriate amount of water followed by adding some dark soy sauce, salt, and sugar to add more flavours to the dish.


Step 4. Sprinkle chilli powder and pepper before serving. The dish is now ready to be served.


5.Salty Black Pepper Mushroom


An moderate amount of Oil


Black pepper

10g of Minced Garlic

500g of Mushroom



Step 1. Cut the mushrooms in half. Mince the garlic.


Step 2. Heat some oil up in a pan, add the cut mushrooms and an appropriate amount of salt.


Step 3. Fry the mushrooms until they completely turn golden brown.


Step 4. Sprinkle the black pepper on the mushroom and they are ready to be served.
