1.Margherita Pizza

Ingredients :

1 pizza crust (6 inches)

4 slices of beef tomato

5 basil leaves

80g of PREGO Tomato Paste

50g of Mozzarella Cheese




Step 1. Spread a layer of pasta sauce on the pizza crust.


Step 2. Sprinkle basil leaves and beef slices. Then, cover the ingredients with an even layer of Mozzarella cheese.


Step 3. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes first. Then, place the pizza into the oven and bake it for 10 minutes or the cheese turns golden brown.

2. Seafood Pasta

150g of Prego Pasta Sauce (Tomato Basil Garlic Flavor)

120ml of Water

100g Sotong ring

5 shrimps

100g of Crab Sticks

5 small broccoli

100g of Pasta Noodles




Step 1. Heat up a pot with water and 1 teaspoon of salt. Once the water boils, add the pasta noodles in and stir until the noodles soften. Continue to cook it for another 8 minutes.


Step 2. Drain all the water from the pot. Then, add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and mix well. Next, rapidly cool the noodles down and set it aside.


Step 3. Cooked Sotong, crab sticks, shrimp, broccoli and set them aside.


Step 4. Prepare another pot, boil the Prego pasta sauce with a little water. Then, add the cooked pasta in with the sauce and cook over low heat until the spaghetti sauce starts to dried.


Step 5. Add the cooked ingredients in with the pasta and stir  for a while. Once they are evenly mixed together, you may now remove from the pan and the dish is ready to be served.


3.Baked Tomato and Egg Toast



A slice of toast

1 egg

1 tablespoon of Prego Tomato Mushroom Pasta Sauce

A moderate amount of shredded cheese (for baking)





Step 1. Boil the egg in hot water to make half-boiled poached eggs. Set it aside for later use.


Step 2. Take the slice of toast and spread some Prego Pasta Sauce on one side.


Step 3. Place the half-boiled poached egg that you just made on the slice of toast. Next, sprinkle a moderate amount of shredded cheese covering the egg.


Step 4. Preheat the oven for a couple of minutes, then place the toast in and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese turns golden brown. 


4.Pasta Sauce Chicken Chop


1 Boneless Chicken Thigh

10 tablespoons Prego Pasta Sauce (Tomato Basil Garlic Flavor)

1 tablespoon Rice Wine

1/2 teaspoon Pepper

2 small pieces of Carrots

3 Cauliflowers

2 Sticks baby corn

6 Asparagus




Step 1. Marinate the chicken in a bowl with rice wine and pepper.


Step 2. Boil the carrots, broccoli, baby corn, and asparagus in until they are cooked. Set them aside for later use. 


Step 3. Heat up a pan with some oil, put the chicken in the pan with skin facing down and fry it until it turns golden. Repeat the process until the whole chicken is fried golden.


Step 4. Now make the sauce by adding the Prego Pasta Sauce into a pot and boil it with some. Once the sauce becomes thick, set it aside for later use


Step 5. Arrange the cooked vegetables on a plate with the chicken. Next, cover the chicken with the pasta sauce and the dish is ready to be served.


5.American Breakfast


2 eggs

2 slices of French toast

2 German sausages

4 tablespoons of Prego Pasta Sauce (original flavour)





Step 1. Crack and beat up the eggs. Heat up a pan with some oil, then pour the eggs and cooked them until they are half-boiled to make scramble eggs.


Step 2. Heat 200ml of water up in a pot. When it boils, add the German sausages and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Take it out and set it aside for later.


Step 3. Preheat the oven for a while, then place the French bread in and bake it for 1 minute. Place the bread with the eggs.


Step 4. Heat up the Prego pasta sauce and serve it as a dipping sauce. The dish is ready to be served.
