1.Tuna Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:
Half a pack of Macaroni

A can of Tuna

A can of Corn Soup

1/2 cup of water

1/4 cup of Whipped cream

2 tablespoon of Parmesan Cheese

Salt

Pepper

 

Directions:

  1. Boil a pot of water. Once it is boiled, add the macaroni, salt and oil. Boil the macaroni until it turns soft. Then, set the macaroni aside for later.

 

  1. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes. In the meantime, prepare a mix using the corn soup with water and whipped cream. Then, cooked the mix in a pan over low heat.

 

3 Add salt and pepper into the pan. Then, continuously stir while cooking the mix turn thick. Pour the mix into a tray and add in the tuna and macaroni.

 

4 Add a layer of cheese until all the ingredients are covered. Next, place the tray in the oven and bake until the cheese turn golden brown. The dish is now ready to be served

 

 

2.Tomato Tuna Salad.

Ingredients

A can of tuna

Onions

A Tomato

Black Sesame Seeds

 

Salt

White pepper

Mayonnaise

 

Directions:

1 Cut the tomato into 3mm slices. Then, sprinkle a little salt and store in the refrigerator for later use.

 

2 Finely chop onion (if you are afraid of hotness, chop into shreds and soak in water before chopping).

 

3 Mix the chopped onion with the tuna and various seasonings together. stir evenly with chopsticks Add the tomatoes slices in and the salad is ready.

 

 

3.Garlic Tuna Pasta

Ingredients

A can of Tuna

Red and green bell peppers

200g of Pasta

Half an Onion

3 cloves Garlic

Basil

Black pepper

Olive oil

5 Dried chili

Salt

 

Directions:

Step 1 Wash the green and red bell peppers, then remove the seeds and cores. Cut them into thin strips. Next, cut the onion and garlic into cubes. Set them aside for later.

 

Step 2. First, boil a pot water. Next, add a little salt and olive oil into the pot before placing the pasta in. Pasta is usually cooked for ten minutes. When the pasta is done cooking, rinse it with cold water to maintain smoothness.

 

Step 3. When the oil starts to boil, turn the heat down to low.

 

Step 4. Pour in garlic, onion, dried chili, thin strips of sweet pepper, and tuna into the pan. Stir fry until the ingredients becomes aromatic.

 

Step 5. Pour the pasta and stir fry. Add a small amount of salt and black pepper depending on your taste preference.

 

Step 6 Once the ingredients are evenly mixed together, turn off the heat and wait for three minutes. Remove the pasta out of the pan and place it on a plate. Next, sprinkle chopped basil and the pasta is ready to be served.

 

4.Tuna rice balls

Ingredients

100g of Canned Tuna

Onions

Mayonnaise

Cooked White Sesame

 

Directions:

Step 1. Wash and cook the white rice in a rice cooker. Once they are done, set them aside for later use.

Step 2. Mince the onion and dice the Japanese cucumber.  Place them in a bowl for later.

 

Step 3. Open the can of tuna and put it in a large bowl. Next, mash the fish with a spoon.

 

Step 4. Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise in with the mashed tuna, then stir well. Set them aside for later use.

 

Step 5. Grab an appropriate amount of white rice and flatten against your palm. Now scoop an appropriate amount of tuna on top the white rice.

 

Step 6. Roll the rice with your hands into a ball with the tuna wrap in the middle.  Place the rolled up rice ball in a dish and white sesame on top. The dish is ready to be served

 

5.Tuna and Cheese Baked Rice

Ingredients:

1 egg

1 ham

A can of Tuna

Rice

1 Green Pepper

Diced onion

Salt

Cooking oil

3 Slices of Cheese

 

Directions:

Step 1. Preheat a pan with some oil. Crack the eggs into the pan first and stir-fry, then add diced ham, diced onion and green pepper rings, stir-fry for 5 minutes over high heat. Then, add the rice in with a pinch of salt, then stir-fry evenly.

 

Step 2. Add the canned tuna and make sure they are mix evenly with the other ingredients. Then, empty the ingredients in a bowl.

 

Step 3. Cover all the ingredient with the cheese slices

 

Step 4. Preheat an oven for 10 minutes. Then, place the bowl in and baked it for 20 minutes. One the timer expires; the dish is ready to be served.

 

 

6.Tuna and Cabbage Sandwich

Ingredients:

4 slices of Toast

Half a canned of tuna with oil.

Salad dressing

Shredded cabbage

 

Directions:

Step 1. Place the canned tuna and oil in a bowl. Next, add a moderate amount of salad dressing evenly.

Step 2. Put two slices of toast on the baking tray. Then, place an even portion of the tuna on the toast follow by shredded cabbages

Step 3. Now, cover the ingredients with another slice of toast to make a sandwich. After that, bake the sandwich until it turns golden brown.

 

7.Avocado Tuna and Egg Salad

Ingredients:

An egg

An Avocado

A can of tuna

A pinch of salt

Mayonnaise

Black pepper

 

Directions:

Step 1. First, cook the eggs whole in a pot of water.

 

Step 2. Peel off the skin of the avocado and cut into chunks. Pour the avocado chunks into a bowl.

 

Step 3. Add appropriate amount of salt and salad dressing on the avocados. You may add some black pepper if you want to

 

Step 4. Mix the salad thoroughly. Then, cut the eggs in half and add it into the salad. The dish is ready to be served.

 

 

8.Tuna with Onions

Ingredients:

1 onion

A can of tuna

One green pepper

Half of a Red bell pepper

Salt

Coriander

A tablespoon of Vinegar

2 tablespoons of Virgin Olive Oil

 

Directions:

Step 1. Chop the coriander and place in a small bowl. Next, add two spoons of olive oil and one spoon of vinegar, then stir evenly with a spoon and set aside.

 

Step 2. Remove the stalks of the onion, cut in half and shred them into small pieces, cut the green peppers horizontally into circles, and cut the red pepper into filaments.

 

Step 3. Place the chopped onions and peppers into the salad bowl. Then, add some salt and mix well.

 

Step 4. Pour canned tuna into a plate and mash the tuna with a fork

 

Step 5. Pour the mashed tuna in with the onion. Then, stir well

 

Step 6 Put the mixed onion salad into the plate and drizzle the virgin oil in. The salad is now ready to be served.
