1.Fried Pork Belly Slices


200g pork belly




Step 1. First, wash the pork belly. Then, place it in the refrigerator for an hour. After that, cut the pork belly into even slices.


Step 2. Make a sauce by adding a spoon of cooking wine, a spoon of oyster sauce and a spoon of hoisin sauce. Stir well then sprinkle in some black pepper


Step 3. Cover the pork belly slices in the sauce and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.


Step 4. Heat up a pan with some cooking oil, place the pork slices in and fry them over a medium flame until they turn golden brown. The dish is ready to be served.


2. Honey Sauce Pork Belly



1Kg of Pork belly

2 tablespoons of Salt

2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce

4 tablespoons of Oyster Oil

2 slices of Ginger

6 cloves of Garlic

4 tablespoons of Honey

A moderate amount of Cooking Oil



Step 1. Preheat a pan with some cooking oil. Then, add garlic and ginger into the pan. Stir-fry the ingredients until they become fragrant before adding in pork belly. Continue to stir-fry until they are almost done,


Step 2. Turn the flame down and add the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well until they are mixed evenly.


Step 3. Add a moderate amount of boiling water in to the pan and turn to the lowest flame. Let the dish simmer until the water in the pan nearly completely dried.


Step 4. Add the honey in and cook the pork belly for another 3 minutes. Then, your dish is ready to be served.


3.Twice-cooked Pork.



500g of Pork Belly

1 Green Pepper

Half an onion

1 tablespoon of Bean Paste

1 spoon of Light Soy Sauce

10g of Salt

1 tablespoon of chicken essence

8 grams of sugar





Step 1. Roast the pork in hot pan until the skins starts to stick to the pan.


Step 2. Next, cook the roasted pork in a pan. When they are cooked till medium rare, remove them from pan and cut it into thin slices.



Step 3. Cut the green pepper into slices and shred the onion. Set them aside for now.

Step 4. Cook the pork slices until all the oil seeps out and the slices curls up.


Step 5. Now, add ginger, garlic, bean paste, sugar, light soy sauce for flavor. Stir well


Step 6. Pour in the cut green pepper and onion, stir fry the dish for a minute. Next, add salt and chicken essence. Lastly, add an appropriate amount of sugar until the dish has reach your desired taste. The dish is now ready to be served.


4.Braised Pork Rice



300g of Pork Belly

10 Dried Shiitake Mushrooms

1 Shallot

3 Eggs

3 slices of Ginger

4 cloves Garlic

1 spoon of Cooking Wine

1 tablespoon of Light Soy Sauce

Soy Sauce

2 Bay Leaves

1 Star Anise,

A moderate amount of Rock Sugar appropriate

Mushroom Broth



Step 1. Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in water. Next, cut the mushrooms into cubes and keep water used to soak the shiitake mushroom for later use. Cut the pork bellies into strips.


Step 2. Heat up a pan with oil, chopped onions and fry them in the pan until golden. Once they are done, take the slices out and set them aside


Step 3. Preheat a pan with some oil. Once the oil boils, add in the pork slices and stir fry well.


Step 4. Add ginger garlic, shiitake mushrooms and cooking wine. Then, continue to stir the ingredients.


Step 5. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, mushroom water, onion, bay leaves, star anise, rock and sugar. Continue to stir the ingredients so that it will evenly be cooked


Step 6. After adding a few hard-boiled eggs, let the ingredients simmer for about an hour. After that, the dish is ready to be served.



5.Beer Pork Belly



1000g of Pork Belly

2 bottles of Beer

Light soy sauce

Dark soy sauce




Star Anise


1 Tsaoko Fruit

Bay leaves, white pepper

Dry chili


Sliced Ginger

3 Clove



Step 1. Wash the pork belly. Then, place them in a pot.


Step 2. Add the shallots, ginger slices along with all the other dry seasonings. Then, add salt and sugar.


Step 3. Pour some light soy sauce and dark soy sauce. Next, Pour the beer in. (No matter what happens do not add water)


Step 4. Turn on the stove and let the pot simmer slowly with the cover closed. Use a chopstick to test the tenderness of the pork. When the chopstick can be easily pierce the meat, the dish is ready to be served.


6.Pork Belly with Garlic Sauce



250g of Pork belly

A large piece of ginger

A tablespoon of Cooking Wine

A moderate amount of pepper

Half a tablespoon of sugar

Light soy sauce

A tablespoon of garlic

Half a tablespoon of Rice Vinegar

Half a teaspoon of Vinegar

A tablespoon of Red Palm Oil


Half a teaspoon Fried Pepper oil



Step 1. Wash the whole pork belly without cutting it. Put cold water into the pot, add cooking wine, ginger slices and pepper to avoid unpleasant odor. Next, bring the water to a boil.


Step 2. Let the boiled water to cool to room temperature. Then, take the meat out and cut small slices.


Step 3. Prepare the garlic sauce: Mix a large amount of garlic paste, salt, light soy sauce, white sugar, rice vinegar, mature vinegar and red oil. Make adjustment to the sauce to suit your preference.


Step 4. Pour the garlic sauce until all the meat slices is covered in a layer of the sauce. Sprinkle spring onions on top and your dish is ready to be served.
