1.Chocolate Banana Pancakes with Cheese

Ingredient

Banana (Thinly sliced)

Chocolate Syrup

Shredded Chee

Two Pancakes

 

Directions:

Step 1. Take out one pancake and spread it with chocolate sauce, and put a little cheese on the other pancake. It doesn’t need to be too much, just melt the cheese to combine the two crusts.

 

Step 2. Stack the pancakes together with the Shredded cheese pancake as the bottom layer and the chocolate one as the top layer. Place the sliced banana on top of the pancake.

 

Step 3. Sprinkle more cheese and make sure to cover all the banana slices.

 

Step 4. Place the pancake into a pot and cover the pot. Heat up the pot and cook the pancake until all the cheese has melt. However, do not let the pancake to get burn as it will become brittle.

 

Step 5. You may sprinkle some crushed nut or chocolate syrup on top depending on your preference. The dish is now ready to be served.

 

2.Banana Yogurt Dessert Cup

Ingredients:

Half a Banana

Blueberries

Two slices of salty soda crackers

250g of Sugar Free Yogurt

Honey

 

Directions:

 

Step 1. Cut the banana into slices. Then, crush the biscuits and the blueberries with a spoon. Next, add some yogurt and honey to the mashed blueberries.  Mix them well.

 

Step 2. Put the blueberry yogurt on the bottom layer in a container. Next, place the banana slices on top of the blueberry yogurt followed by a layer of original flavour yogurt.

 

Step 3. Cover the yogurt with the crushed biscuits. Next, decorate the top with banana slices and whole blueberries. You may add honey for more flavour depending on your preference. The dessert is now ready to be serve.

 

3.Fried Banana Balls

300g of Banana 300g

50g of Sticky Rice Noodle

Flour 50g

1/4 teaspoon of Salt

1/4 teaspoon of Baking Soda

1 tablespoon of Sugar

 

Directions:

Step 1. Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl.

 

Step 2. Add rice flour, flour, salt and baking soda in with the mashed banana. Then, add sugar and stir well until they turn into a soft batter.

 

Step 3. Heat up the oil in a small pot. Once the oil boils, scoop a tablespoon of batter into the pan and cook them.

 

Step 4. Slowly flip the batter during the frying process until the entire banana ball turns into golden brown. Repeat this step until all the batter is used up.

Step 5. Use tissues to remove excessive oil. The banana balls are ready to be served.

 

 

4.Banana Pancakes

120g Low-Gluten Flour

2 Bananas

3 Eggs

30g of Sugar

1 teaspoon of Salt

1 teaspoon of Baking Powder

A moderate amount of Milk

 

Directions:

Step 1. Mix eggs, milk and sugar in a bowl and beat well.

 

Step 2. In another bowl mix flour, salt and baking powder together. Then, sieve the mix with the egg batter. Mix well then set them aside for later.

 

Step 3. Mash the banana, then add them into the batter and mix evenly.

 

Step 4. Heat up a pan and pour a spoonful of batter in. Fry the batter in low heat until the bubbles start to appear on the surface. Flip the pancake over and fry it for one minute before removing them from the pan. The pancakes are now ready to be served.

 

5.Fried Banana Roll

Ingredients:

 

2 Bananas

6 Slices of Toast

1 tablespoon of Granulated Sugar

1 tablespoon of Tapioca Starch

2 tablespoon Coconut Sugar

2 Eggs

100g Low-gluten Flour

300g of Baking flour

 

Directions:

Step 1. Peel the banana and mash it in a bowl. Next, add fine sugar and corn starch. Then, stir well and set aside.

 

Step 2. Cut off the side of the toast with a kitchen knife. Next, scoop a teaspoon of the mashed banana and spread it over the middle of the toast. Then, roll the bread up.

 

Step 3. Mix low-gluten flour and a little water to make a batter. After that, smear both ends of the banana roll with the better to prevent the banana inside the toast from getting out while frying.

 

Step 4. Mix the eggs and coconut milk together to make coconut egg juice.

 

Step 5. Dip the banana rolls in coconut egg batter and cover the entire banana rolls in a layer of baking flour.

 

Step 6. Heat up a pan of oil, place the banana roll on the pan and fry them for about 3 minutes over medium flame until the skin is golden brown. The banana rolls are now ready to be served.
