1.Spicy and Sour Clams


500g of Clam

A moderate amount of Millet pepper

A moderate amount of Minced garlic

A pinch of Coriander

One Lemon

One Passion Fruit

70ml Light Soy Sauce

2 tablespoons of Rice Vinegar

1 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce

2 teaspoons of White Sugar



Step 1. Prepare a pot of water. Heat the pot to a boil.


Step 2. Add the ginger and clams after the water boils. Cook the dish for 5-6 minutes until the clams is fully opened. Drain the water from the pot


Step 3. Add all the other ingredients with the clams. Then, mix well and the dish is ready to be served.


2.Thai Lemon Shrimp



15 Shrimps

3 slices of Ginger

3 tablespoons of Cooking Wine

One Lemon

One Lime

2 Passion Fruit


A moderate amount of Chopped Spring Onion

A moderate amount of Ground Coriander

A moderate amount of Minced Onion

A moderate amount of Millet Chillies

3 tablespoons of Light Soy Sauce

3g of Salt

3 tablespoons of Sesame Oil

A moderate amount of White Sesame Seeds



Step 1. Cook the shrimps for about three minutes. Once they are done, take them out and soak them in ice water for a while. Now, cut the passion fruit and lemon into thin slices.


Step 2. Peel the shrimp shells but save the tails. Next, add 3 grams of salt, 3 spoons of light soy sauce, a little sesame oil to the shrimp.


Step 3. Mix well and make sure the shrimp are even marinated in sauce. You can tweak the sauce to suit your preferences.


Step 4. Wrap the dish in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the taste to be more pronounce. The dish is now ready to be serve.


3.Passion Fruit Beef Sour Soup



5 Passion Fruits

3 slices of ginger

3 cloves of Garlic

A moderate amount Millet Chilies


Enoki mushroom






Step 1. Cook the beef then set it aside for later.


Step 2. Fry the onion, ginger and garlic in pan until they turn fragrant.


Step 3. Add the passion fruits in and switch the flames to low. Stir-fry until the passion fruits turn slightly yellow.


Step 4. Add some water. Then, add 3 tablespoons of sugar, a tablespoon of salt and white vinegar


Step 5. Now add the enoki mushrooms and let it simmer for a while. The soup is now ready to be served.



4.Passion Fruit Salad with Yogurt



1 Mango

2 Kiwis

A can of Pineapples



A box of Original flavoured Yogurt

4 Passion Fruits

4 tablespoon of Sugar

Salad Dressing




Step 1. Wash and dice the fruit for later use.


Step 2. To make Passion Fruit Jam, prepare a 1 to 1 ratio of Passion Fruit and Sugar. Let it simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. After that, leave it to cool.


Step 3. Mix the cooled passion jam with the salad dressing and original yogurt


Step 4. Add the diced fruit into the cup, drizzle with homemade passion jam. Then, add mixed nuts or raisins to enjoy. The salad is ready to be served.


5.Passion Fruit Shrimp Balls


4 Passion Fruits

8 Shrimps

30g of shredded Cabbages

10g of shredded Cucumber




3 tablespoons of Passion Fruit Juice

1/2 tablespoon of Lemon Juice

3 tablespoons of Mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon of Salt


Shrimp Marinating Ingredients:

1/2 tablespoon of Cooking Wine

1/4 tablespoon of Pepper

1/2 teaspoon of Salt



Step 1. Shred the cucumbers and cabbage. Next, remove the unwanted inert of the shrimps. Then marinate it in rice wine, white pepper and cucumber. Set them aside for later.


Step 2. Boil the onion and the wine in a pot. Next, add the shrimps and boil them until they are fully cooked. Then, soak the shrimps in ice water for later use.


Step 3. Cut the passion fruit and dig out the pulp. Next, strain the juice out and hollow out the passion fruit. Wash and wipe dry. After that, put down the cabbage and cucumber.


Step 4. Mix passion fruit juice with lemon juice and salt. Then, pour 1 tablespoon of the sauce on the passion fruit and place the shrimp on top. Add more sauce on top of the shrimp and the dish is ready to be served.
