1.Wolfberry Sesame Oil Chicken
2 serving of Chicken
600g of Old Ginger
250ml of Black Sesame Oil
30g of Wolfberries
1 litre of Broth
Step 1. Wash the old ginger and remove it skin with a kitchen knife
Step 2. Pour the sesame oil into the pot and add the old ginger. Stir and cook them over a low heat until they turn fragrant. It takes time to taste.
Step 3. When the ginger starts to turn brown. Add the chicken in and fry it until it becomes slightly burnt.
Step 4. Then, pour the rice wine in and bring to a boil on high heat.
Step 5. Next, pour the broth and goji berries in. Cook them for another 20 minutes
Step 6. The dish is now ready to be served.
2.Tremella White Fungus Wolfberry Lemon Drink
40g of Fresh White Fungus
700ml of Water
30g of Honey
Step 1. Wash the white fungus and cut into pieces. Add water to some of the white fungus and crush it with a juicer. Set it aside for later side.
Step 2. Pour the white fungus juice into the pot and bring it to a boil. Then, add the wolfberry in with the white fungus juice. Lower the heat and let it simmer until the juice thicken.
Step 3. Squeeze the lemon in juice and mix well with honey. Next, add the lemon and honey in with cooked white fungus. Stir until they are evenly mixed and the drink is ready to be served.
3.Steamed Chicken with Wolfberry Tofu and Mushroom
1 Chicken Thigh
5 shiitake mushrooms
5g of Chinese Wolfberry
1 teaspoon of Onion oil
Step 1. Soak the shiitake mushrooms, then cut into shreds.
Step 2. Slice the pan tofu.
Step 3. Place the chicken thighs, shredded mushrooms, and onion oil into the plate. Next, add an appropriate amount of salt.
Step 4. Place the dish in an electric pot and steam it for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 5. Take the dish out from the electric pot and is ready to be served.
4.Chinese wolfberry Sweet Potatoes
Step 1. Clean and cut sweet potatoes. Shred the ginger.
Step 2. Marinate the Chinese wolfberry in rice wine.
Step 3. Heat up some salad oil in a pot, add shredded ginger and stir fry sweet potato until they are nearly done.
Step 4. Pour in Chinese wolfberry and rice wine into the pot. Next, add a little MSG and stir fry for a while. The dish is ready to be served.
5.Cold Shrimp Dish with Red Dates and Wolfberry
8 Red Dates
4 slices of Ginger
50ml of Rice Wine
