1.Scallop XO Sauce Garlic Cauliflower



1 green broccoli

1 spoon of scallop XO sauce

1 garlic

Cooking oil



1 Bring the cauliflower to a boil in a pot under cold water, turn off the heat for 10 minutes and set aside.

2 Cut the garlic into garlic slices and sauté it fragrant with cooking oil until it turns brown. Add in cauliflower and sauté until it turns slightly browned.

3 Add half a bowl of water and turn to low heat, cover the pot and let it sit for 3-5 minutes.

4 Add scallops xo sauce and salt, mix well.

5  It is now ready to serve.

2.Spicy Pasta with Tuna, Corn, Cauliflower and Cheese




Canned tuna


Corn kernels


Dried chili

Cheese slices



1 Half cooked the noodles and pick it up for later use

2 Drain the tuna and corn for later use.

3 Diced the onions and sauté

4 Fry the cauliflower, tuna, corn, and rolled noodles in order until the sauce is collected

5 Add in dried chilies, salt and black pepper

6 Turn off the heat and add in the cheese slices and mix well with the remaining temperature.


3.Baked Cauliflower with Cheese



100 grams of white cauliflower

100g of Green broccoli

100g of Cheese shreds


200 cc of Animal fresh cream

2 tablespoon of unsalted butter

1 tablespoon of flour

100 cc of Water

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1/4 teaspoon of pepper

1 tablespoon of chopped onion



1 Wash the cauliflower, cut them into small stalks and  blanch them in boiling water until they change color. Once done,  remove and drain the water, place it in a baking tray for later use.

2 Sauté the onion with butter until it has fragrant. Add in flour, stir and fry evenly

3 Add in animal whipped cream and stir. Add a little water to boil.

4 Pour the white sauce evenly into the cauliflower and then sprinkle with shredded cheese.

5 Move it into the preheated oven and bake at 200℃ for about 5 minutes until the surface turns golden brown.


4.Stir-fried cauliflower with garlic



100 grams of white cauliflower

100g of Green broccoli

30g of Carrots

2 garlic bulbs

1 teaspoon of olive oil

1/2 teaspoon of salt



1 Wash the white and green broccoli and divide into small branches. Slice the carrots and garlic for later use.

2 Boil a pot of water. Boil the white and green broccoli in it, once done scoop it out and drain.

3 Put the oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the garlic slices.

4 Add white and green broccoli and carrot slices and mix slightly. Served after seasoning.


5.Stir-fried Cauliflower with mushroom.



200 grams of green broccoli

50g of Mushroom

40 grams of red sweet pepper

1 tablespoon of minced garlic

Cornstarch water

1 teaspoon of salt

Chicken noodles



1 Slice the red bell pepper and cut the green broccoli into small stalks. Add  salad oil to boiling water and boil it until it is cooked. Take out the soaked ingredients for later use.

2 Add 1 tablespoon of salad oil to the pot, sauté the minced garlic on low heat and add in green broccoli,  mushrooms, and red sweet pepper. Stir fry several times

3 Add in the seasonings, cornstarch and scallions before boiling.
