1.Spicy grilled chicken wings
Ingredients:
6 chicken wings
Marinade:
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
1 teaspoon of chili sauce
1 teaspoon of wine
Steps:
1. Mix and marinate the ingredients for marinate well and set aside.
2. Put the chicken three-section wings into the marinade, mix well and marinate for about 30 minutes. Then, set it aside.
3. Preheat the oven to 170°C, add the chicken three-section wings and bake for about 15 minutes, until the surface turns golden and ripe. You can now take it out and served (can be decorated with lettuce and tomato slices).
2.Honey Grilled Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
8 chicken wings
Cooked sesame seeds
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon of tahini
1 tablespoon of sweet noodle sauce
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 piece of red bean curd
3 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of rice wine
100g of Maltose
Steps:
1 Mix the seasonings except maltose, add the washed chicken wings and marinate for about 3 hours.
2 Preheat the oven at 180°C, put in the chicken wings and bake for about 20 minutes before taking it out.
3 Steam the maltose for ten minutes to dissolve, then spread it on the chicken wings.
3. Old style fried chicken wings
Ingredients:
10 chicken wings
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons of sweet potato powder
Marinade:
4 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of five-spice powder
2 tablespoon of rice wine
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 egg
Steps:
1 Cut off the spiky parts of the chicken wings with scissors. Mix in all the marinade and marinate the chicken wings for 10-15 minutes.
2 Add in all-purpose flour and sweet potato powder and mix them well.
3 Prepare a 140-degree oil pan, place the chicken wings in the pan in sequence and fry for about 12 minutes on a low fire. Then turn to high heat to increase the oil, the chicken wings will then turn golden in color.
4.Lemon Chicken Wings.
Ingredients:
Chicken wings for 2~3 people
1/2 can of Sprite
Chili
1 coriander
Half a lemon
2~3 minced garlic
White pepper
Salt
Steps:
1 Put the Chicken wings with the skin side up in a pan and fry on medium to low heat.
2 When frying the chicken wings, start mincing the garlic and cutting the spicy chicken into small sections. Also, cut the coriander and set them aside
3 After the bottom of the chicken wings is fried until it turns golden brown, turn it over and fry until half cooked
4 Turn off the heat and pour in 1/2 soda water. Cover the pot and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Cut the lemon in half and set aside
5 After boiling, turn to high heat and boil slowly to let the chicken wings collect the sauce.
6 When the soup is bubbling, it means that the sauce is starting to be collected. Now, sprinkle with salt and pepper
7 After the sauce has been collected, add in minced garlic, chili, and coriander. Stir fry and you are done.
5.Stewed Chicken with Potatoes and Vegetables
Ingredients:
5 wing legs
300g of Potato
150g carrot
200g Cabbage
Half an onion
1 pack Snow White Mushroom
Half a pack of Enoki mushroom
6 baby corn
3 bay leaves
1 short section of ginger.
Salt
Steps:
1 Prepare the ingredients. Chicken wings and legs can also be replaced with chicken legs. Snow white mushrooms can be replaced by Hongxi mushrooms.
2 Wash the ingredients, cut the carrots and potatoes with a hob (do not cut the potatoes into small pieces to avoid melting during stewing)
3 Cut the baby corn in half, shred the onion and slice the ginger.
4 Put 3/4 tablespoon of olive oil in a cast iron pot and heat it on low heat.
5 Put the onion and ginger slices into the pot and sauté until it has fragrant.
6 Put the onion on the edge of the pan, add the chicken wings and fry until it produces fragrant.
7 Pull up the onion and add in carrots and potatoes. (Vegetables that are more likely to be boiled are less likely to be soft when placed on top.
8 Add in the bamboo shoots and enoki mushrooms. Then, put the white mushrooms, cabbage and bay leaves into the pot.
9 Cover the pot and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Open the lid and use a silicone spatula or wooden spatula to turn the bottom of the pot.
10 After adding the salt, mix the ingredients well and cover the pot and let it simmer for about 35 minutes before serving.
