1.Bacon and Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

3 Egg

2 slices of Bacon

50g of Diced Onion

2 tablespoon of Fresh Milk

2 tablespoon of Unsalted Butter

1/4 teaspoon of Salt

 

Directions:

Step 1. Mix fresh milk and salt with the eggs. Then, set aside for later.

 

Step 2. Heat up a pan. Then, add the unsalted butter and heat over low flame until the butter melts.

 

Step 3. Add the diced onion and bacon slices into the pan and fry until the bacon is slightly burnt. Next, the eggs from earlier into the pan.

 

Step 4. Turn the flame down to low and use a spatula to scoop the egg into the pan. Next, let the egg slowly get cooked.

 

Step 5. When the egg become sold, place the eggs and bacon in a plate together. The dish is ready to be served.

 

 

2.Bacon Cheese Potato

Ingredients:

2 potatoes

50g of Bacon

1 tablespoon of Butter.

100g of Shredded Cheese

A moderate amount of Brazilian Rime

 

Seasoning:

2 tablespoon of Water

1/4 teaspoon of Salt

1/4 teaspoon of Ground Black Pepper

 

Directions:

Step 1. Peel and shred the potatoes. shred bacon.

 

Step 2. Place the butter and minced garlic in a pan. Then, use them to sauté the bacon.

 

Step 3. Add the potato shreds and stir-fry until they are nearly done. Next, sprinkle them with salt and black pepper, drizzle with a little water. Then, stir-fry slightly until they are cooked.

 

Step 4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese and cover the pot. Now, roast the pot over low heat until the potatoes are cooked. Finally, sprinkle some basil on the potatoes and it is ready to be served.

 

 

3.German Potato Salad

Ingredients:

30g of Bacon

150 g of Potatoes

20 g of Chopped Onion

20 g of Chopped Shallots

 

Seasoning:

3 tablespoons of mustard olive paste

 

Directions:

Step 1. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Wash and peel the potatoes, then steam them over medium flame until cooked. After that, take them out and dice for later use.

 

Step 2. Heat up a pan, fry the diced bacon until they turn crispy. Next, add chopped onion in and fry them until they become fragrant.

 

Step 3. Put the diced and fried bacons in a large bowl. Then, mix well.

 

Step 4. Drizzle the bowl with mustard olive paste and sprinkle chopped green onions on top. The dish is now ready to be served.

 

 

4.Butter Bacon Pasta

Ingredients:

200g of Butterfly Noodle 200g

150g of Green Broccoli

180g of Bacon 180 grams

2 cloves of Garlic

1/4 Onion

150 grams of Broth

80g of Béchamel sauce

60g of Fresh Cream

50g of Cream

10g of Parmesan Cheese Powder

10g of Basil Leaves

A pinch of Salt

A moderate amount of Pepper

 

Directions:

Step 1. Boil a pot of water. Then, add 1 teaspoon of salt and butterfly noodles. Cook the ingredients for 10-12 minutes. Stir the noodles constantly to avoid it sticking to the pot.

 

Step 2. Cut the broccoli into small flower shapes and blanch them in boiling water with salt. Once they are cooked, soak them in cold water for later use.

 

Step 3. Cut the bacon into strips, mince the garlic, and dice the onion.

 

Step 4. Melt butter in a heated pan. Then, add minced garlic in and sauté.

 

Step 5 Add the bacon and stir-fry until the white part of the bacon becomes transparent. Next, add diced onion and stir-fry until the onion becomes soft.

 

Step 6. Add the broth and Béchamel sauce. Bring the broth to a boil over low heat.

 

Step 7. Scoop the butterfly noodles out and place them in the pot with saute garlic. Now, cook them for 1-2 minutes.

 

Step 8. Add fresh cream and cauliflower. Stir and cook them for another 1 to 2 minutes.

 

Step 9. When the soup has thickened, add cheese powder and stir fry. The dish is ready to be served.

 

5.French Onion Soup

Ingredients:

20g of Bacon

30g of Onions

A slice of French Loaf

1 tablespoon of Cream

30g of Ground Beef

1 tablespoon of Flour

40ml of Broth

A moderate amount of shredded cheese

A pinch of coriander

 

Seasoning:

1/4 teaspoon Salt

A pinch of Black Pepper

 

Directions:

Step 1. Cut bacon into slices and set aside; Shred onion.

 

Step 2. After cutting the French loaf into slice, bake it in the oven at 180°C for 6 minutes. After it turns crispy, take it out.

 

Step 3. Add butter to a pan and sauté the bacon with onion over low heat. Next, add the ground beef and fry. When the meat changes colour, then add flour and stir fry it.

 

Step 4. Pour the broth in with the bacon and boil them over high heat. While they are being boiling, add all the seasonings into the broth. The soup is ready to be served.

 

Step 5. Add croutons, cheese shreds, and coriander while serving the soup.
