1.Purple Rice Ball

食譜:紫米飯糰

Ingredients:

1 measuring cup of Purple glutinous rice

1 measuring cup of Round glutinous rice

Filling:

200 g of dried radish

200g of  shredded Sauerkraut

Pork floss

2 marinated eggs

Steps:

1 After washing the purple glutinous rice, soak  it in cold water for about 1 hour. Wash and dry the radishes and sauerkraut, cut the marinated egg into quarters and set aside.

2 Heat up a pot with oil and stir-fry the dried radish of over  low heat, then add a little sugar and stir well.

3 Heat up another pot with oil and stir-fry the sauerkraut shreds over low heat, then add a little sugar and stir-fry well.

4 Wash the round glutinous rice and put the purple glutinous rice  into the inner pot of the electric pot, and add water in line of the white rice.

5 Put the inner pot into the electronic pot again and close the outer lid of the electronic pot. Select the white rice function and press the cook button and wait for the heat preservation lamp to light up to indicate completion.

6 Take out the glutinous rice and wrap the filling into the glutinous rice and shape it into a rice ball.

 

2.Grilled rice balls with flavor

Ingredients:

100 grams of rice

5cc of Sushi vinegar

1 teaspoon of shrimp eggs

1 slice of seaweed

Seasoning:

1/4 teaspoon of white miso

 

Steps:

3 Preheat the oven to 150°C and put in the rice balls and bake for about 5 minutes.

3.Corn Tuna Rice Ball

B. Rice and seaweed.

4.Japanese Tuna Salad Rice Ball

Ingredients:

Steps:

Ingredients:

B. White rice and seaweed

Seasoning:

1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of mirin

 

Steps:

1 Cut the  Korean kimchi and pork belly into small pieces and set them aside.

2 Heat up the oil pan, sauté the minced garlic, add the thin sliced ​​pork and fry until the meat turns white, then add in the kimchi and stir-fry evenly

3 Then, pour in the mixed seasonings and stir fry well to absorb the taste.

6.Bonito rice ball

15g of Sesame bonito

A pinch of salt

1 piece of seaweed

 

Steps:

1 After dampening your hands with cold boiled water, apply a little salt to your hands

2 After taking the white rice and placing it on the palm of your hand, flatten the white rice with a little effort.

3 Put the sesame bonito in the white rice and shape it into a triangular rice ball by hand

4 Wrap a piece of seaweed on the outer layer of the rice ball.

 

7,Egg Salad Rice Ball

Ingredients:

A. 100 grams of diced potato, 1 cucumber, 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 German sausage, 20 grams of mayonnaise,  salt and pepper

B. White rice, cooked white sesame, seaweed

 

Steps:
