Ingredients:

2 Boneless Chicken Thighs

Half a Garlic

100g of Shredded Cabbages

2 tablespoons of Salad Oil

 

Marinating Sauce:

1 tablespoon of Rice Wine

1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil

Directions:

Step 1. Marinade the Boneless Chicken Thighs and place them in the refrigerator until they until the next day.

 

Step 2. Spread the shredded cabbages on a plate.

 

Step 3. Heat up some salad oil on a pan.

 

Step 4. Place the marinated chicken in the pan and cover the pan with a lid. Let the dish simmers over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Then, remove the cover and let it simmer for another 3 minutes.

 

Step 5. Continue to cook until the entire chicken thigh is golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan and cut it into smaller pieces. Next, arrange the chicken pieces on top of the cabbage and place garlic on top. The dish is no ready to be served.

 

 

2.Ice Cold Drunken Chicken

Ingredients:

2 Chicken Thigh.

A piece of Celery

A piece of Chuanxiong

6 Red Dates

A moderate amount of Astragalus

5g of Chinese Wolfberry

600ml of Water

 

Seasoning:

A: A little salt, a little rice wine

 

B: 50ml of rice wine, 200ml of Shaoxing wine, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp chicken powder, a little rock sugar

 

Directions:

Step 1. After removing the bones of the chicken legs, washing and draining the water, spread the seasoning A on the surface, then roll the chicken legs into a cylindrical shape while wrap in aluminium foil.

Directions:

Step 4. Heat up a pan of oil. Next, fry the chicken over medium flames for about 20 seconds. When the surface of the chicken legs becomes a little harder, turn to low heat immediately and frying it for 5 minutes. After that, switch to medium flame and fry for about 1 minute.

Step 5. Heat up the oil pan and fry the chicken over medium flame for about 3 minutes until the skin is golden and crisp. The dish is ready to be served.

 

4.Spicy Thai Chicken

A slice of Boneless Chicken Thigh

10 grams of Cabbage

 

Frying Batter:

1 whole egg

50g of Flour 50

35ml of Water

 

Seasoning:

2 Chopped Coriander

Lemon Juice

1 tablespoon of Spicy Oil

1 teaspoon of Sesame Oil

White pepper

 

Pickled Ingredients:

2 pieces of Garlic

1 Lemongrass

1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce

Directions:

Step 1. To make the Thai sauce, place all the seasonings into a container and mix evenly.

Step 2. Wash the boneless chicken thigh steaks. Then, marinate it in the Thai sauce made earlier for about 30 minutes.

 

Step 3. Dip the marinated chicken in fried batter. Next, fry the meat in a pan of oil until it turns golden.

 

Step 4. Spread shredded cabbage on a plate. Then, cut the fried chicken into slices and place them on top of the cabbages.

 

Step 5. Finally, pour and evenly cover the fried chicken in Thai chili and sesame sauce. The dish is ready to be served.
