1.Bean Curd Chicken
Ingredients:
300g of Chicken
2 pieces of Fermented Bean Curd
1 tablespoon of Salad Oil
1 tablespoon of Minced Garlic
1/2 Spring onion
Corn Starch
Seasoning:
1/2 teaspoon of Salt
1 teaspoon of Sugar
1 tablespoon of Rice Wine
150ml of Stock
Step 1. Wash the chicken and cut into large cubes. Marinate with fermented bean curd for 30 minutes.
Step 2. Add salad oil in a pot. When the oil boils, saute the chopped garlic and chopped green onion over low heat. Then, add the chicken cubes and fry for 1 minute on medium flames.
Step 3. Next, add the seasonings and cook together until the soup nearly dries out. After that, add corn starch and spring onion. The dish is now ready to be served.
2.Stir-fried Cabbage with Bean Curd
Ingredients:
300g of Cabbages
1 Red Pepper
1 large Garlic
Seasoning:
20g of Spicy Sesame Oil Fermented Bean Curd
45ml of Water.
1/3 teaspoon of Sugar
15ml of Wine
Directions:
Step 1. Wash cabbage and tear into slices; remove garlic and cut into slices; cut red pepper into slices for later use.
Step 2. Mix all seasonings thoroughly and set aside for later use.
Step 3. Heat up a pan, add appropriate amount of salad oil and fry the garlic slices over medium heat. Then, add the chili flakes and cabbage in.
Step 4. Continue to stir-fry the ingredients over medium heat while adding in the mixed seasoning from earlier. After that, switch to high flames and stir-fry the for a while. Finally, the dish is now ready to be served.
3.Bean Curd Sauce Ladies’ Finger
Ingredients
150g of Ladies’ Fingers
2 cloves of Garlic
Chilies
Seasoning:
A block of Fermented Bean Curd
A pinch of Salt
White Pepper
1 teaspoon of Sesame Oil
200ml of Water
Directions:
Step 1. Cut off the stalks of the ladies’ fingers first, then blanch them in boiling water for a while. Set them aside for later.
Step 2. Mince the garlic and chili into pieces.
Step 3. Prepare a pan with a tablespoon of salad oil.
Step 4. Add the minced garlic and chili pieces in. Sauté them first before adding all the seasonings on them. Then, stir-fry evenly over them medium heat.
Step 5. Finally, pour the sauce on the blanched ladies’ finger and the dish is ready.
4.Bean Curd Pork Ribs
Ingredients:
1Kg of Small Ribs
Tender Ginger
Shredded Green Onions
Seasoning:
3 pieces of Spicy Fermented Bean Curd
Half a cup of spicy bean curd Sauce.
Half a cup of Wine
2 tablespoon of Sugar
2 cups of Water
Directions:
Step 1. Wash the small ribs and cut into long strips, then blanch them in boiling water; Crush the spicy fermented bean curd for later use.
Step 2. Add all the seasonings into a deep pot and mix well. Next, add the small ribs into the pot and cook for about 1 hour.
Step 3. When the gravy becomes thick, take out the ribs and serve with tender ginger and green onions.
5.Fermented Bean Curd Chicken
Ingredients:
4 slices of Dried Tofu
1 slice of Boneless Chicken Thigh
1 potato
30g of Carrots
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon of Fermented Garlic Bean Curd Sauce with
Water
Directions:
Step 1. Cut the chicken thighs into small pieces and set aside for later.
Step 2. Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces; Peel and slice the carrots.
Step 3. Heat up some salad oil in a pan. Then, add all the ingredients from earlier and sauté over a medium flame.
Step 4. Add all the seasonings into the pan and stir-fry. Then, cover the pot and let the ingredients simmer over medium heat until they are cooked. Now, the dish is ready to be served.
