1.Creamy Shrimp Curry
Ingredients:
300g of Large size Shrimps
2 pieces of Curry Cubes
150ml of Evaporated milk
Half a garlic
1 Red Pepper
A pinch of Salt
Butter
Directions:
Step 1. Peel the skin off the shrimps.
Step 2. Sauté garlic and chili with oil in a hot pan.
Step 3. Stir-fry the shrimps in a pan until they change colour. Next, add salt milk and curry cubes. Then, stir-fry until the curry thickens and the dish is ready!
2.Fish Head Curry
Ingredients:
Half a Fish head.
Ingredients A:
3 Dried Chilies,
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
2 lemongrass
20 Curry Leaves
100g of Spicy Red Curry Paste
3 potatoes
Material B:
A litre of water,
A pinch of salt
1 tomato
50ml Evaporated Milk
Directions:
Step 1. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Set them aside for later.
Step 2. Pour 2 tablespoons of cooking oil on the pan heat it up. Next, add ingredient A and stir fry until turn fragrant. Then, add curry paste and stir evenly.
Step 3. Add water and salt into the pan. Then, cook the curry over medium flame until the potatoes are soft
Step 4. Now, add the fish heads, croissants and tomatoes into the pan. Next, boil the dish over medium flame until the fish head is fully cooked.
Step 5. Add an moderate evaporated milk at the end and the dish is ready.
3.Portuguese Sauce Baked Seafood Rice with
Ingredients:
4 teaspoons of Evaporated <ilk
Rice
Prawns
Squid
4 teaspoon of Flour
4 teaspoon of Curry Oil
2 teaspoons of Coconut Milk
A moderate amount of Butter
1/2 teaspoon of Custard Powder
Turmeric powder
Salt
Chicken Seasoning Powder
Eggs
Directions:
Step 1. Pour the flour into a large bowl with water and mix it until it turns into a batter. Next, add a little salad oil and turn the batter into noodles
Step 2. Heat up a pan with some the salad oil. Next, add butter in and let it melt. Then, pour the noodles into the pan and stir the noodles continuously while cooking.
Step 3. Pour curry oil, coconut milk, and evaporated milk into the pan. Continue to stir and add turmeric powder in.
Step 4. Mix custard powder with water to enhances the fragrance and thicken the sauce.
Step 5. Finally, add a little salt and chicken seasoning powder before taking the noodles out of the pan. Set the noodles aside for later.
Step 6. Cook the shrimp and squid separately in bath of boiling water. When they are cooked, cut them into small pieces.
Step 7. Stir fry the shrimp and squid with rice.
Step 8. After stir-frying, place the fried rice into a container and place in an oven
Step 9. Pour the Portuguese sauce directly on the fried seafood fried rice. While pouring the sauce, make sure it covers the entire surface of the fried rice.
Step 10. Baked the rice and sauce in the oven for 20 minutes. When the oven is done baking, the rice is ready to be serve.
4.Milky Curry Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
1 and a half tablespoon of Curry Powder
Half a can of Evaporated Milk
500g of Chicken Wings
Half an Onion
2 Carrots
Salt
1 tablespoon of Oil
1 spoon of Corn Starch
2 spoons of Light Soy Sauce
Directions:
Step 1. Chop the chicken wings into pieces. Then, marinate them with light soy sauce and corn starch.
Step 2. Mince onions and dice carrots.
Step 3. Heat up a pan with oil. Next, add diced onions and sauté until the ingredients turn fragrant and slightly brown.
Step 4. Add curry powder in the pan and stir fry it.
Step 5. In a separate pot, boil the evaporated milk.
Step 6. Add the chicken wings and vegetables into the pot. Now, switch to low flame and let the pot simmer for 20 minutes. After that, sprinkle some salt on top and the dish is ready.
5.Butter Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients:
A can of Evaporated Milk
Half a Pumpkin
Half an onion
30g of Butter
Salt
Chicken Essence
Pepper
Whipped cream
Directions:
Step 1. Cut the pumpkin into pieces and remove the seeds.
Step 2. Bake the pumpkin in a microwave for 5 minutes until it turns tender.
Step 3. Finely chop the onion and sauté it with butter until they turn fragrant.
Step 4. Add salt, chicken essence and pepper into the pan for seasoning.
Step 5. Now, use a blender to turn the pumpkin into a pumpkin paste.
Step 6. Sprinkle a little whipped cream on the paste and the soup is ready.
