1.Double Flavour Toast Pizza


Ingredients 1:

4 thick slices of Bread

20 g of Cream

80 g of Tomato Sauce

An appropriate amount of Shredded Cheese


Ingredients 2:

Diced Ham

Corn Kernels

Green Pepper

Red Pepper

Pineapple slices


Ingredients 3:

Diced Oranges

Diced Strawberry

Diced Peach

Diced Dragon Fruit

Diced Pineapple

Diced Kiwi




Step 1. Mix the cream with tomato sauce and set aside for later.  Toast all the bread until they become crispy.


Step 2. Take 2 slices of toast, smear the tomato sauce, then place all of ingredients 2 on the pizza.


Step 3. Next, sprinkle an appropriate amount of shredded cheese on top of the ingredients. The, place it in the oven and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. Now the ham pizza is done.


Step 4. Take the other 2 slices of toast, apply the same tomato sauce, but this time add the ingredients 3 on the toast.


Step 5. Then sprinkle an appropriate amount of shredded cheese, put it in the oven and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. Now, the fruit pizza is done.


2.Strawberry Ice Cream



  1. 300 g of Strawberries, 30 g of Powdered Sugar, 100 g of Raspberry Jam


  1. 250ml of Milk, 80g of Egg Yolk, 60g of Caster Sugar, 15g of Corn Flour, 250ml of Fresh Cream



Step 1. Wash the strawberries and diced them. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and set it aside.


Step 2. Pour the milk in a pot and heat to about 85℃ over medium heat. Then, set it aside for later.


Step 3. Beat the egg yolks and fine sugar with a whisk until the batter turns white. Next, add corn flour in and mix well.


Step 4. Slowly add cooked milk and to milk batter. Then, stir evenly.


Step 5. Heat the mixture until it becomes thick. Then, switch off the flame after it has thickened.


Step 6. Stir the diced strawberry and mixed raspberry jam with water. Then, stir the mix evenly and let it cool for later use.


Step 7. Beat the whipped cream with a whisk. Then, mix well with the jam. After that, pour the mix into a container.


Step 8. Place the container in the freezer for about 2 hours. After that, take the container out and stir well. Next, put it back in the freezer to freeze. Repeat this action for 2 to 3 times to complete. The ice cream is now ready.


3.Strawberry Cheese



30 g of Gelatine Slices

800ml of Fresh Milk

50 g of Caster Sugar

200ml of Fresh Cream


Strawberry Juice



Step 1. Soak the strawberries in ice water until it turns soft.


Step 2. Boil until the granulated sugar has melted. Then, leave it to cool. When the temperature drops to roughly 65°C, mix gelatine slices in with the sugar.


Step 3. Add fresh cream in with the gelatine and mix well. Place them in a dessert bowl and leave it to cool for about six minutes before placing the bowl in the refrigerator to freeze.


Step 4. Before serving, pour strawberry juice and strawberries on the cheese.



4.Strawberry Milkshake



3 Strawberries

300ml of Milk

15 grams of White Sugar



Step 1. Wash the strawberries and remove the stalks. Then, set it aside for later.


Step 2. Place the strawberry, milk, and white sugar into the blender together. Blend them until everything is turn to a milkshake.


Step 3. Pour the strawberry milkshake into a container and heat it to around 37℃. The milkshake is now ready to be served.


5. Strawberry Pudding



12 pieces of Gelatine

120g of Caster sugar

300g of Mashed Strawberries

400 grams of Milk




Whipped cream

Chocolate beans



Step 1. Soak the gelatine in cold water until it softens. Place the softened gelatine in a bowl with fine sugar. Then, set aside for later.


Step 2. Bring a mix of mashed strawberries and milk to a boil. Next, pour the mashed strawberries in with the softened gelatine. Next, stir them until the granulated sugar and gelatine have completely melted.


Step 3. When the mix from earlier is cooled, pour it into a pudding mould for and place the mould in the freezer for about 3 hours. Pour the pudding out from the mould onto a plate.

Step 4. On top pudding, squeeze an appropriate amount of whipped cream, and then decorate with chocolate beans and strawberries.  The pudding is now ready to be served.
