1.Two-Coloured Pork Rolls
Ingredients:
220g of Pork
3 Chinese Cabbages
3 Purple Cabbages
Seasoning:
Mexican Spices
Hungarian Red Pepper
A pinch of Salt
Black Pepper
Directions:
Step 1. Remove the stems and leave the leaves of Chinese cabbage, blanch it in cold water and wring out the leaves.
Step 2. Mince cabbage, mix with a little salt and black pepper
Step 3. Cut the pork into 3 cm thick slices.
Step 4. Cut the purple cabbage into thin strips.
Step 5. Heat up some salad oil in pan. Then, stir-fry the cabbage until become soft. Next, add a little salt and pepper. Mix well and set it aside for later.
Step 6. Sprinkle a little salt, Mexican spices, and Hungarian red pepper powder on each slices of meat.
Step 7. With the cabbage and purple cabbages as filling, wrap them with the meat slices. Then, sprinkle some salt on the outer layer of the pork.
Step 8. Heat up some oil in another pan in oil. Next, place the meat rolls in and fry on medium flame for 1 minute. After that, cover the pan up with a lid.
Step 9. Flip the pork rolls several time to ensure the meat is thoroughly cooked. Then, cut the roll into smaller slices and the dish is ready.
2.Grilled Ginger Pork Rolls
Ingredients:
Pork Slices
2 Young Ginger
Seasoning:
1 and ½ tablespoons of Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon of Rice Wine
Pepper
½ tablespoon of Ginger Juice
Salad Oil
Directions:
Step 1. Wash the young ginger and cut them into 0.3mm thick slices.
Step 2. Add the seasonings evenly on the pork slices. Mix the ingredients evenly and marinate the pork slices before grilling.
Step 3. Grill the ginger slices and pork slices together until the ginger turns transparent and slightly yellowish.
Step 4. When the pork slices are cooked, place the ginger slices on the pork slices and roll them up together. The pork rolls are now ready to be eaten.
3.Cream onion Pork Rolls
Ingredients:
15 Thin Pork Slices
5 Asparagus
1 Shredded Onion
1 teaspoon of Minced Garlic
2 teaspoons of White Rice Wine
A pinch of Salt
Pepper
A can of Cream Onion Soup
Directions:
Step 1. Cook the asparagus in boiling water for 3 minutes. After taking the asparagus, immediately put it in cold water for a while. Next, cut the asparagus into 4 slices with each section is about 6cm long and 20 slices in total.
Step 2. In a small pot, add cream onion soup and some water. Mix well and bring the soup to a boil.
Step 3. Roll up the asparagus sections with pork slices and hold it shut a toothpick. Next, sprinkle some salt and pepper on the outer layer of the pork slices.
Step 4. Heat up some oil in a pan. Then, fry the onions and minced garlic over medium heat until the onions turn transparent. After that, pour the cream onion soup in. Mix well and set aside.
Step 5. Heat some oil in another pan. When the oil boils, gently place the pork rolls in with the closing position down. Fry the rolls over medium-high flame until it turns slightly yellow. Repeat this until the entire rolls becomes slightly yellowish.
Step 6. Pour the wine along the side of the pan. When the meat is thoroughly cooked, place it on a plate and drizzle the cream onion soup. Garnish the rolls with asparagus slices and the dish is ready to be served.
4.Okra Pork Rolls
Ingredients:
400 g of Okra
200 g of Pork Slices
30 ml of Olive Oil
10 g of Salt
50 ml of Flax Sauce
Directions:
Step 1. Add salt to the okra and rub the salt thoroughly over the okra. Then, rinse the okra and set aside for later
Step 2. Place okra on a slice of pork and slowly roll the pork up while ensuring that it tightly wrapped around the okra.
Step 3. Heat up some oil in a pan. When the oil boils, place the okra pork rolls into the pan and fry them on medium-low flame until they turn golden brown.
Step 4. Take the pork rolls out and sprinkled with dried pepper. The pork rolls are ready and use the flax sauce as a condiment.
5.Korean Pork Roll
Ingredients:
300 g of Thinly Sliced Pork
1 Lettuce
2 g of Kimchi
1 Cucumber
3 tablespoons of Korean Hot Sauce
Black Sesame Seeds
Directions:
Step 1. Peel and slice cucumber.
Step 2. Sandwich the cucumber between two slices of pork. Then, fry them until the pork turns golden brown
Step 3. Place the pork on a plate and cover it with some lettuce. Next, add some Korean hot sauce, cucumber and kimchi on top of the pork slices,
Step 4. Roll the pork up and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. The pork rolls are now ready to be served.
6.Honey Pork Rolls
Ingredients:
20 Leeks
10 Pork Slices
½ tablespoon of Honey Barbecue Sauce
Five-Spice Powder
Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon of Water
Directions:
Step 1. First, marinated the pork slices in soy sauce and rice wine. Wash and cut the leeks into small pieces.
Step 2. After marinating, spread the meat slices out and place a small handful of leek on it. Then, roll the pork slices up while wrapping the leak inside. Next, mix barbecue sauce, five-spice powder, soy sauce paste and water together to make the sauce.
Step 3. Heat up some oil in a pan. When the oil boil, place pork rolls in and fry them over low flame.
Step 4. When the pork rolls are thoroughly cooked, place the pork rolls on a plate and spread a generous amount of the sauce made previously on top of the rolls. The dish is now ready to be served.
