1.Salted Egg Steamed Minced Pork



2 Salted Egg Yolks

200 g of Ground Pork

5 g of Shallots



1/4 teaspoon of Pepper

2 tablespoon of Rice Wine



Step 1. Mash 1 salted egg and set aside for later use.


Step 2. Mix the ground pork, crushed salted egg yolks, shallots and seasonings in a bowl. Then, mix the ingredients evenly together.


Step 3. Add the other salted egg in and cover the bowl in a layer of plastic wrap.


Step 4. Steam the bowl over high flames for 15 minutes. After sprinkle chopped green onion on the dish and is ready to be served.


2.Mei Cai Steamed Minced Pork



220 g Minced Pork

60 g of Sweet plums 60g

4 pieces of Water Chestnut

½ teaspoon of Glutinous Rice


Mei Cai Marinade:

1 teaspoon Light Soy Sauce

1 teaspoon of Sugar

1/8 teaspoon of Corn Flour

Cooking Oil


Pork Marinade:

½ teaspoon of Light Soy Sauce

¼ teaspoon of Sugar

½ teaspoon of Oyster Sauce

1 teaspoon Corn Starch


Sesame Oil

2 tablespoon of Water

1 tablespoon of Egg White



Step 1. Soak Mei Cai in dilute salt water for 10 minutes. Rinse with water and cut it into coarse grains.


Step 2. Sauté the Mei Cai without any oil in a pan over medium flame. After that, let it cool a bit before marinate in the ingredients above.


Step 3. Marinate the pork in the ingredients listed.


Step 4. Cook the water chestnut and ginger glutinous rice in a pan. After cooking for 20 minutes, add the Mei Cai in.


Step 5. Place the minced pork in a shallow dish and even out the surface slightly. Then, use chopsticks to make a few holes in the minced pork.


Step 6. Cover the dish with aluminium foil and place in a pot. Steam the dish over high flame for 10 to 12 minutes.


Step 7. After that, turn off the flame and leave the pork patties in the pot for 5 minutes before taking it out. The dish is now ready.


3.Steamed Minced Pork with Tofu



160 g of Minced Pork

120 pieces of Soft Tofu

10 of Spring Onions

A pinch of Salt


10 g of Sugar

10 g of Corn Starch

100 ml of Water



Step 1. Chopped green onion; Mix pork and tofu in a bowl. Then, add seasoning and chopped green onion in with pork.


Step 2. Steam the pork for 8 minutes in water


Step 3. After that, place the steamed pork on a plate and sprinkle some chopped green onions on. The dish is ready to be served.


4.Steamed Minced Pork with Mushrooms



180 g of Ground Pork

5 Shitake Mushrooms



1 tablespoon of Light Soy Sauce

1 tablespoon of Corn Starch

1 teaspoon of Oil

1/4 teaspoon of Ground Pepper

1/4 teaspoon of Salt

1/4 teaspoon of Sugar

80 ml of Water



Step 1. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in water until become soft. Then, chop them into small pieces.


Step 2. Mix the shiitake mushrooms with ground meat.


Step 3. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and corn starch in with the meat. Then, stir well.


Step 4. Place the meat in a bowl and steam it for 8 minutes.


Step 5. When it is cooked, sprinkle some chopped green onions on it and the dish is ready to be served.



5.Steamed Minced Pork with Sausage



300 g of Ground Pork

1 Sausage

10 Spring Onions

50 ml of Water

1 tablespoon of Ginger

1 tablespoon of Shaoxing Wine

1 teaspoon of Sesame Oil

A pinch of salt

2 g of Pepper



Step 1. Cut the sausage into slices and diced shallots.


Step 2. Marinate the minced pork in sesame oil, salt, pepper, ginger and Shaoxing Wine for 20 minutes.


Step 3. Add the sausage in with the pork and marinate with the sauce.


Step 4. Spread the pork flat on the plate.


Step 5. Steam the pork over high flame for 15 minutes until it is cooked. The dish is ready to be served.
